Bad response by Dr and staff.Koi question pu6o to thik se answer nahi deta hai. Sonography ke bare main ku6 bhi samjata nahi hai aur dikhata bhi nahi hai. Very bad experience by me. Do not visit there. Ku6 pu6o to Dr chillati hai thik se answer nahi karta.

Positive Management and MRI experience. *Read this before the other reviews.* I had to get two MRIs done, one for the spine and one for the brain (with contrast). Before getting the MRI done, I obviously read the other reviews of Samarpan, Annapurna branch. Some of the other reviews claim two things: 1. That it takes a lot of waiting to get anything done and 2. That the management is rude. Some of these reviews did scare me BUT my experience changed my mind. I took the risk and asked my sister to get me an appointment. I went there this morning and the staff arrived before the time they had provided me for the appointment. The MRI was done properly and the team guided me for the procedure as well. The staff members at the reception, and the specialists who asked me questions before the MRI, all seemed well-trained and concerned for the process. Some people have mentioned having to wait for hours, but you don't actually have to wait at the clinic. You can just get an appointment, and the staff would contact you right before they are ready to do the procedure for you. Which is super convenient and you can just travel from your house when they give you a call instead of waiting at the clinic for other people's procedures to get done. (Ps. Don't fall for negative reviews, I've had way too much experience running around to different doctors and hospitals in Indore due to my health issues. And this was one of the better experiences I've had.)
