Recently I visited Annapurna Centre, Indore. If you want to experience unprofessional behaviour then definitely you should visit. They people don't know how to talk with the client and completely unprofessional behaviour. Specially Mr. Rahul at frontdesk, he is very hard spoken and harsh in terms of communication. So I will suggest to better to go with other options.

The receptionist here, Khushboo, is not at all polite... I had some misunderstanding while talking on the phone and when I reached the branch, she started telling all my things to her colleague Pratibha and insulting me. Very rude and poor behaviour samarpan diagnostic staff...mai kbhi dobara yha jana pasnd nhi karungi...battamij staff

Do not visit here every branch of samarpan is worst. Very bad service. They make you sit for 3-4 hrs waiting and does not respond properly. I had a very bad experience in every branch of samarpan.

Worse experience ever, disrespect to Patient and attender, no humility. I myself am a surgeon, but was disrespected and was not allowed to be with the patient during the scan, which is a direct violation of rules. Unnecessary and irrelevant talk with the patient, scaring them with cancer, being rude to them were few things which we experienced.
