It’s a request to all please do not go at this diagnostic centre special annapurna branch they have unprofessional staff. I went there for NT scan they didn’t do it as they said it early and ask me to visit after 10 days and they have taken full fees and now they are just not responding and always asking to visit later and when we request then to refund the amount they denied to do so.

Worst management at Annapurna centre, my appointment was scheduled for 1 pm and I was there before time. I had to wait for my turn till 5pm. Poor staff- lacks manner, need to learn to talk to people. They have no courtesy.

I had took a leg xray from there hospital and the person who examined the xray told us that there are no fracture and also made the report. After going home my leg started swelling and after 3 days it was in very bad condition. At first we thought maybe it's because I have got an external injury on the leg as well so it's because of that but then after 3 days we consulted another specialist and when he checked the report he told that there are 2 fractures and the swelling is because we didn't took any precaution because of the misguidance of the hospital. Would not recommend because they don't have any faculty or specialist.

Total time waste money waste Bad suport staff Kabhi bhul kr bhi mt aana agar aapk pass 5 din tk yahi rat rukne ka time ho to hi aana Farji hai pura center bewkoof bananne k alawa koi kam nhi hai Sonography wali madam ko yhi nhi pta ki karna kya hai net pr dekh k thodi hoti hai sono graphy

Very slow on response and yesterday report is not ready on time till next day afternoon. The building and brand name is big, not services and some overpriced also

I found it very much satisfactory Dr.Rajesh sir , the staff n overall team is very much supportive. I highly recommend this place as this very hygienic n best place for scanning n medical test. Thank u so much

Very very bad staff they don't have knowledge about sonography Dr. Are also used other Dr. Advices for nt scane Pura hospital farji hai illaj naam pr sirf pateint ko bewkof banaya Jaa rha hai Aap sab se nivedan hai ki review dekhle hi aaye or apni risk pr aaye Mera personal experience hai

Sonography time is from 10 AM and the doctor who will do sonography comes late like more then an hour. They don't value the patients time all were waiting. My suggestion not to come they are not professionals.
