Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional management and lack of empathy at this center. We visited for a sonography and were initially committed a maximum waiting time of 1 hour. We ended up waiting for ** 4 hours**, which is unacceptable, especially since I clearly informed the staff at the time of payment that the patient was unwell and we needed to stick to the committed timeline. To make matters worse, the front desk coordination was a mess. The receptionist called us back to the desk **4 or 5 different times** from the waiting area for basic requirements like signatures and Aadhaar card submission. These are details that should have been handled once at the very beginning. Instead, because she forgot to collect the information properly, we were constantly interrupted and inconvenienced. If you are dealing with a patient who isn't keeping well, I would suggest looking elsewhere. They clearly do not value their patients' time or physical condition, and the staff needs much better training on administrative procedures. **Highly unprofessional experience.**
Fantastic experience at Samarpan. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and efficient, making the testing process comfortable. The facility was clean and organized, and I received my results quickly, which was a huge relief. Highly recommend
