From there you started the work there it self...your efforts and dedication was amazing ..for every surprise element my family gave you on wedding you handled it very coolly and calmly ...and your way to say "ho jaayega" , "karlenge" gave me such a confidence 😍... I think without you my wedding in this proper manner with no fight, no arguements, no disputes in family was not possible Thanks to be there ... Planning a wedding is never easy, and planning one during a pandemic can be doubly hard. But Kesari Events made sure it was a cake walk for us! Krishnan with their team are the most understanding and accommodating people to work with. We had our wedding at The Westin, Pushkar after a change of dates (thanks to the pandemic) and everything was looked after so well. They made sure we didn’t have to worry about a single thing- from decor, to artists, to wedding collaterals, logistics of our guests and all the other arrangements! They’ve been a blessing, and after working with them for a few months, they’re more like family and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone planning a wedding, be it on a small scale or a big scale.

In August 2022, we got in touch with Krishnan to plan my sister’s wedding in India. We spoke on a couple of zoom meetings at first. He suggested some of the simple wedding planning steps to me to follow to have a smooth planning throughout the months coming up. It all started with looking for venues for the wedding and the best part was that Krishnan was able to get the best prices from the hotels in “Indore” for us literally. Right after that we got onto the designing of the entire wedding and Krishnan team was able to understand quickly on a zoom call what we exactly wanted and what was our idea about the decor. Best thing of his work is he believes in personalisation never takes any other project on the same day, ideology is simple never run behind money like other events companies. Cut to the wedding day, I remember walking into the wedding with my sister and trust me when I say it “ It was magical” literally. Detailing to the smallest level. We were just in awe of the entire wedding look. Not just that, the team helped us to get a makeup and photography team onboard as well. I really really recommend Krishnan and his team for your weddings because they literally put their heart and soul to the wedding they plan.

We approached Kesari Events during a tough time with just a bit over month left to the date and no vendors were booked. It was my wedding which took place at Khandwa on 27th February 2023.Initially when we started to plan We were honestly just hoping to get away with the function. But Krishnan and team his gave us a ceremony which we could have never imagined. They gave us every possible detail they could in the planning process and ensured that we get the best rates from all the vendors. Right from the start the team was available almost 24/7 and solved every query that came across. Krishnan present on both days of the wedding and their team managed to execute everything flawlessly. We would highly recommend them to our friends & family. Their strength lies in their work ethic, vendor network and providing multiple ideas/options within a set budget. Krishnan is extremely professional and always available for his guest, the reason behind his calmness and honesty is because he worked in the best hotel chain almost a decade. I had the pleasure of witnessing the extraordinary work of Krishnan Maru, the wedding planner for my friends Neeraj and Emily's wedding. Krishnan is a genie! You ask for it and he makes it happen :) We don't know where to start. We were fortunate to have found Krishnan during our wedding planner research in 2022 however after talking multiple times. He continued to stay in touch with us (which is so rare these days). So when time came in 2024, we knew who will plan our wedding. We made his job even more challenging by giving him just a two month notice. Krishnan was very patient and composed with us, listened to our requirements and was genuinely invested in planning the wedding we wanted. From providing destination venue grids to figuring out local venue options (all within couple weeks and as per our needs), He did a commendable job there. We had a February wedding in Indore and we can't thank him enough for his recommendation to get a venue with both indoor and outdoor seating to accommodate unpredictable weather. He is an excellent negotiator (Best part is he is ex Hotelier and work with Omg MARRIOTT) with vendors and ensures that he provides the best value to his clients. His decor ideas aligned perfectly with what we wanted as though he read our minds. His suggestions on decor and giveaways were very unique. Our guests loved the little personalized perfume giveaways during the cocktail event. Krishnan is hardworking, humble and a very calm individual who is very organized in how he operates. He keeps her calm even when things may not go as planned and immediately tries to find solutions to bring things back on track. We worked in different time zones but he never complained about late night phone calls and always made us feel welcomed. He provides quality service but is open to constructive feedback - which shows how much he cares about her clients' experience. Krishnan also advocates for environment friendly decor/packaging and local artists/small businesses (who are great but may not have social media presence). Our amazing mehendi artist and our dhol walas were great finds by Krishnan . Krishnan is one of those rare professionals who goes above and beyond the client expectations. We asked for fresh greens and orchids umbrella for bridal entry - He made it happen (even though he had not done it before), color coordinated safas - he did that too, he executed every small detail such as right color florals, varmala details, sign board on entrance and every little detail of our decor with the decorators. We(and our guests) loved his little touches such as the floral cones hung on the chairs during wedding pheras. We originally had only signed up for his consultation service. But again - he went above and beyond by personally coming to the venues and ensuring all the set up and flow is in place. He also provided us with a shadow - Shakti to assist with all wedding stuff.She was amazing, she took care of all small and big things while I got ready. She ensured I was well fed and hydrated amidst all the wedding craziness. She was incredibly SWEET and worked relentlessly to make sure we were comfortable through the wedding events. She also took some beautiful snaps on our phones which is great to view while we wait for our official photos. We can go on and on about how much we loved working with Krishnan and his team. Very humble and kind professional with positive attitude and fantastic team! Thank you so much for giving us the wedding we didn't think we can pull off. I really want to thank Krishnan & whole team Kesari events for making our dream wedding come true. Krishnan was really polite & understanding. He has gave her time & made extra efforts in helping plan all the details as per our needs. She went out of her way to accommodate some of the late changes that we requested. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed all events during our wedding ceremony. They were all so complimentary of the arrangements made including all decoration, seating & other arrangements.
