Ordinary experience with Kesari events. The event team failed to cross-check the vendors' work, especially the decor. However, efficient handling of guest check-in and check-out, and housekeeping, stocks were managed well by their team. Notable exceptions were Krishnan, Nikhil, and Neha who performed well. Room for improvement in overall management and communication."

When we first thought about getting married, the task ahead looked very daunting. There was just so much to do!! We had chosen to host a wedding at a place which was at least half a day journey from where we & our families were based out of. So it was very critical for us to have a person on-ground who could help coordinate the wedding preparations. After a lot of research, we popped in to meet Krishnan from Kedari events at Fairfield Marriott & we instantly vibed. She was absolutely on the same wavelength as us and understood our vision of the wedding. We had a lot of half-baked ideas which he helped structure with his experience and creativity. He was truly a one-stop solution for everything we needed for the wedding. He was able to quickly envisage how all the spaces at the venue could come alive and was also able to flawlessly execute the same. The decor at our wedding was just fabulous - Way better than we ever imagined it would be. All our guests were absolutely in love with how each event was uniquely designed and merged seamlessly with the venue around it. A big cheers to the on-ground execution team as well. Everything was ready on time and all problems were resolved asap. Overall, a great experience working with Kesari team.

You made my wedding day beautiful and now is my turn to tell the world, how awesome you guys are! my fiancée & me sitting in different continents, trying to pull off our wedding within a very very short timeframe. And we did not even have a chance to think, what all do we actually need to think about and arrange. And that's where this awesome bunch came into picture. Ofcourse they are exceptional but i do want to tell you why they are different from everyone you are gonna meet. (And I speak this with conviction, cause we did meet quite a few before them!). 1. Krishnan always have the "Can-do"attitude, he go far and wide to MAKE things happen. 2. He absolutely know what he was doing. He can guide you with even the smallest of details that you might not have remembered or considered. Insight of details on every step are extremely exceptional which comes after so many years of experience. 3. He is always there, even to a point of midnight's or before the crack of dawn. 4. You might have a budget of 5 lakh or 50 lakh, but your service is not gonna be any less than the later, professional beyond expectations. 5. He is wonderful person to start with, he works each wedding with such passion like it's their own family or friends. Not just as a paid service. 6. ⁠Some of the cost was supposed to be paid from our pocket. Krishnan never even thought of paying from his own pocket, and there are many small costs he has paid for, and till now he has never asked for that single penny. To be honest, I got to know this after a couple of months from my family members. I thought to call him and ask for the total amount he has paid out of his own pocket, but I remember he told us he never thinks of paying money because for him, money never matters; he keeps his words and relationships with the client on top priorities. I never get a chance to meet a person like him, so much into the emotion of any wedding. Sum total, he is a fabulous wedding planner and most likely a human being. Thank you Kesari Events. Krishnan is the best avatar of wedding planners I have ever seen. They know how to deliver, they kept their promises.I will never ever forget your lines Krishnan - "Sab business krte hai, hum rishta banate hai". Indeed you stood by what you had said . Sharad - your decor ideas made everything look like heaven on earth. Recently, my marriage took place at Grand Sheraton Indore & my family and relatives were amazed by the treatment they recieved. Not only their ground work,they were the best in the hospitality too. Every penny was worth spending. The team was super active, they were omnipresent. Tushar, Priya & everyone in the team - you guys are awesome. You all made our dreams turn into reality. I highly recommend Kesari events in case you plan for a dream wedding.

Krishnan and his team are such a gem!! It is not only about breathtaking decor they had in my wedding, But their attention to detail and making a memorable wedding for each guest and it was so apparent. We are by no means fancy people but were excited to splurge for our once in a lifetime wedding. They were so incredible at making us feel welcome, excited for us to celebrate (Giving personalised touch and themeing the whole concept of our wedding), and were attentive to everything. What I appreciated I think the most was that while we were of course splurging on some things, we were definitely not the fanciest/highest dollar people staying there and I never felt like they treated us any differently or wanted to help us any less. Such a treat through and through!! In addition to all of the amazing things while we were enjoying our wedding, I lost my jwellery in my room on our last night and the hospitality that team was AMAZING. They connected with the hotel for me, made security personnell to work on it, and then notified each of the team member. Next day I woke up to a handwritten note to stop by the helpdesk to go over the reception. And I was blown away! If you want to plan your wedding with someone incredibly classy, feel totally pampered, and receive top notch service, BOOK KESARI EVENTS!! It’s hard to describe what a surreal experience it has been planning my sister’s wedding with Kesari Events. The whole team including Priya, Tushar & especially Krishnan have been a delight to work with. What I liked most about them was how structured their work was. Everything was planned with great attention to detail, extremely methodically and always keeping the bride and groom’s tastes in mind. They did a great job with making the wedding interactive, inclusive for all age groups and had a huge vendor base who they’ve worked frequently with to ensure things go very smoothly. Their dedication and hard work was extremely evident as they answered texts and calls at 2 AM and were always there for their clients. Overall, they executed the most brilliant wedding and I couldn’t have asked for more! Highly recommend these guys for any event you are looking to plan.
