I am based in Australia, we were looking for a wedding Planner who can manage the time difference & assist us in the planning process from the scratch that’s when We found this team exactly 2month before our wedding when we were searching for a wedding team online! Our first conversation with The Kesari Team was instant & thoughtful so we decided to met Krishnan (online).We shortlisted two other planners as well but we decided to go ahead Kesari Events and I am happy we choose them as our planner. They did a commendable job Everyone appreciated whole planning that they did for our wedding. Each & every event was a treat to the eyes. We highly recommend them . As wedding is a once in a lifetime affair & we glad that we hire them for our wedding day. Their staff was so cooperative even from the day one. They suggested the best vendors in town & Krishnan even helped me out in the last minute changes with my outfit. The team is so professional & quick with their responses and they even managed the time differences. Still I remember our weekly late night calls & con call where I used to be picky almost about everything but he handled everything so well. We worked with Kesari Events to plan our small and intimate wedding while living across the globe. I’m so glad we went with them as they truly made our lives easy. We were looking for someone to help with end to end planning, management, decor, guest services and literally everything else that one can think of. And guess what? They do it all, and they do a fantastic job! Right from the start, Krishnan was extremely transparent, cooperative and enthusiastic. You can tell that they prioritize every client despite having multiple clients to deal with at any given time. It was such a seamless process that all I had to do was show up to my wedding. Hiring this event planner for my daughter’s wedding was the worst decision we made. Every single event was ruined, and nothing was done as per the vision and instructions we had given. The decorations were pathetic — despite spending so much money, everything looked cheap and poorly managed. Even the Chairman of the Marriott Hotel in Indore personally told us that our event planner’s work was nowhere near the standards expected. That says everything. All he did was keep apologizing, but the damage was already done. In my opinion, he is completely unprofessional and a fraud. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from him.

One certainly has their work cut out for themselves when planning an Indian wedding, but planning a destination wedding in India from a foreign country, with an Indian groom and American bride is quite the tall order. Krishnan and his team at Kesari Events were up for the challenge and were nothing short of extraordinary. Right from the initial consultation to the grand finale, every moment was infused with their impeccable professionalism and unwavering commitment. The following is a brief summary of our experience. Our search for a venue began with reaching out to Kesari Event. We had attended a wedding that krishnan had managed and were quite impressed with their work. To begin with, during the venue selection process, Krishnan personally escorted us to all the potential properties and introduced us to their respective management teams. He was also very helpful in sharing the strengths and weaknesses of each option and provided us with diligent counsel. In addition, due to Krishnan past hotel industry working experience & relationship with our venue’s management team, we were able to get answers for all our questions and concerns and hence were able to narrow down to a decision that met our needs. Furthermore, the team was also extremely helpful during planning and execution of the events. In regards to the decor planning, the team was readily available for conference calls and shared a genuine willingness to accommodate our preferences. In particular, we appreciated their quick turn around with decor recommendations and providing visual presentations when required. The execution of the decor was remarkable. Every event was decorated tastefully and adhered to our requirements and standards. Kesari Events was also instrumental in coordinating between us and the food and beverage team. Being foodies, we needed special attention to our catering needs and as mentioned Krishnan has ample knowledge and experience with ensured that the hotel’s F&B team was receptive to our requests. In regard to guest management and logistics, Nikhil and Ayushi at team were on the mark. They ensured that all our guests were well taken care of and catered to their every need. In particular, they arranged for transportation for a wide array of guests traveling both internationally and domestic. During the ceremonies and events their expert coordination ensured that everything flowed seamlessly. They provided us with shadows and additional hands to assist family members and thereby allowed us to bask in the joy of our special days without a worry in the world. Entertainment at the events was also coordinated well. They provided us with good recommendations for DJ and artists and even arranged for a Sufi musical night with live entertainment for one of our events. It is also noteworthy that Krishnan made travel and stay arrangements for our choreographer and anchor. Finally, I would also like to bring attention to a few smaller details that often go unmentioned. Specifically, the recommendation of the photographer and the assistance provided by Khush I would also like to mention the support provided by Khushi, she was our chief liaison with the venue and made our communication with their management team effortless. She also arranged for a menu tasting and provided valuable assistance with shopping at local markets. She also coordinated several things behind the scene and we cant’t thank her enough for all her help. In a nutshell, Kesari was seamlessly able to meld traditional customs with contemporary flair. They ensured that our guests and family were treated well and given a memorable experience of each events. Once again a big thank you to Kesari events for making our wedding a magical experience that exceeded all expectations. If you are looking for a team to execute your dream wedding, Kesari Events is truly the best wedding planner in Indore. From the very beginning, they were professional, well-coordinated, and made the entire process stress-free and comfortable. A big shout-out to Krishnan, who was proactive throughout the planning and execution. My wedding was on 14th June 2025, and we hired Kesari Events just 4 weeks before the big day. Still, they ensured everything was perfectly in sync. I was in constant touch with Krishnan, and his enthusiasm for my wedding felt more like that of a family member than a planner. Every detail was taken care of with perfection. One moment that I will never forget is when the vidai time suddenly changed from 10:00 AM to 5:00 AM. At 2:30 AM in the night, I realized I haven’t inform it to Krishnan for arranging many stuffs. I called Krishnan in a panic, and within an hour—by 4:00 AM everything he has arranged over night and surprise was I never asked to make my car decorated however Krishnan made it by his own efforts and it was just cherry on top surprise element and my car was beautifully decorated. My family did not allow me to remove it for 4 days as involved many emotions. Honestly, if Krishnan hadn’t managed this at midnight, it wouldn’t have been possible. We are extremely thankful to the team of Kesari Events. They made my sister’s wedding truly successful. Without much burden, without being stressed we had a great wedding where we just enjoyed, laughed and had a lot of fun. It was my uncle who had some contacts with them. Our only job was to share ideas, plans and concerns we have. The rest of the things were taken care by them itself. So, my sister is true nature lover hence, she has always dreamt of a wedding in the hills, nature with flowers and trees around. This too was taken care by the wedding planners. The biggest surprise of our wedding was something we never expected. Without informing anyone in our family, Krishnan planned a very special surprise for my vidaai. Even today whenever we talk about our wedding that moment brings tears of happiness to our eyes. From the day Kesari Events came on board the entire wedding planning journey became effortless. I honestly don't think they have fixed working hours they are incredibly hardworking and genuinely passionate about what they do. My father had always dreamed of seeing me leave for my new home in a beautiful luxury vehicle but we never imagined that dream would actually come true.
