Livspace - Interior Design Studio, AB Road

I have unfortunately took my home interior service from livspace indore, and let me tell you this was the worst decision of my life. I booked my project in December and the design team is worst. Its far better to hire a freelancer then to consult with livspace design team and after spending months in planning, they take ages in preparing SOD document which they will revise 1000 times till you are done with everything and then they deliver something else. All of them are lier, when you go to their experience store they will show you hettich tandoms and charge you fortune for that showing off the quality and later deliver livspace tandoms and channel which is as good as any 3rd class chinese tandom and channels. I paid double for my kitchen from livspace as compared to carpantory kitchen and got same thing delivered. Worst experience, don’t go with them. I regret this almost every single day.

Mayank Jain who is from sales team here at the Indore showroom and their entire staff including designer Harshita Jain are highly un-professional people who will threaten you if you go for asking refunds and are non-hesitant in showing their goon side immediately if you are not giving them the work. Coming from the brand like livspace it was not at all expected that this kind of experience would be delivered to us. One day prior to now, they were very good wotht their words and I paid them 25000 as their booking amount but when I got something better and on a lesser price they showed their goon side of attitude. Very disappointing and I suggest everyone to skip the place for your interior planning unless you want to get threatened by the bunch of goons working here.

Overall experience with the Operations team is excellent. I had a bad experience with the sales and design team because they promised me a lot of things verbally but denied when delivery dates were close. Harish has been really very helpful throughout the process and went out of his way to help expedite the process.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Livespace's interior design services. The entire process was plagued with unprofessionalism and poor service. The staff were unresponsive and often failed to return calls or WhatsApp messages, which made communication a nightmare. The delivery of the project was not timely at all. Deadlines were repeatedly missed with no clear explanations, causing significant delays and inconvenience. When the installation finally did happen, the quality was subpar, with several products either damaged or poorly installed. Moreover, the design itself left much to be desired. It was clear that the space was not utilized properly, and the overall layout did not meet our expectations or needs. Given the premium price, I expected a far more professional and efficient service. I would not recommend Livespace to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality interior design services.

I really have an awesome experience of interacting the amazing people from Live space interiors, Mr Kartik, Mr Siddharth, and Mr Mayank. I am very positive to have an awesome experience for interiors too. Thanks team Live space. 5 stars.

I ordered wardrobes from Livspace. All are delivered and configured very well. Kudos to the team they always available for support and very corporative.

Bht hi ghatiya kaam hai livspace walo ka jab inko advance lena hota hai tb ye sari terms and conditions me agree krte hai or advance lene ke baad baar baar call krenge remaining amount ke liye or paise milne ke baad call tk recieve ni krte kabhi bhi apni commited date pe kaam krke ni dete itni ghatiya service hai ki kya hi bolo dikhate kuch h krte kuch hai bolte kuch hai...bht hi ghatiya hai.

Super commited during sale. Repeated failures of drawer channel. 4 weeks to replace. Update - recevied response on email on 11 July for customer ID 2688113. It will take 3-4 week for delivery. Seems like it is standard process of fixing issue. Not worrth

When I went to Livspace I thought I would get very good furniture for my home. But I would suggest not to go to Livspace if they are assigning the work to 3rd Party they call them Livpreneur which seems like they are working in collaboration with Livspace but they are not. These are your local contractors. So you can find them yourself. That's why Livspace doesn't provide 10 years warranty on such deals. They provide 1 year warranty that too with terms and conditions and only for first 3 months it is cost free then they start to charge. Now coming to third party's work. The 3rd party guy might have hired his cheapest carpenter who basically didn't know how to work. We ordered Wardrobe, bed and stair cover for furniture. That carpenter ruined both stair cover and wardrobe. Wardrobe shutter were replaced by Livpreneur (Earlier it was quoted for plywood but then they switched to MDF for shutters stating that in plywood bend will always appear which I believe was a lie because I have just seen plywood shutter in one of my friends' house and they look impeccable) since it was looking very bad. Stair cover still looks very unfinished. Even outer laminate is broken which they tried to cover it with paint. The whole project got delayed as well and Livspace sales person will tell you that there is a late penalty charge applied but that is another blatant lie that they will tell you. My bed was cushioned bed but the inner mica that they pasted is so ugly that I don't want to open its storage to see how I have wasted my money. I am attaching the photos of work done by them so everyone who sees the review can see. Also not to mention you will be paying more than market rate on livspace
