The repair Work has been completed as per the schedule. There is constant and professional coordination from the team as usual. Nice.

It was a great experience at livspace..The interior designer appointed to us Miss Sampada had great a way of explaining everything. A lot of patience and understanding level. Ultimately had a great experience st livspace. Loved it the workspace , the people are very coordinating. ✌️

Visited Livspace Studio, AB Road Indore with great expectations. It was for a small job of one Bedroom (Wardrobe, Dressing Table and Study Table). There is a basic problem in the design approach by them. In the first visit they will ask you for the dimensions of the room and layout etc. Do some basic layout in their software by picking up standard modules. They will then indicate a project budget. Which as per my assessment was very high. Then the Manager asked me what is your budget. He staraight way applied some discounts and brought down the cost to match with my expectations. Then he said that it is an backdated discount and I will have to make an Advance 25K payment to lock it. This is where you walk into the trap. Thereafter comes the site measurement after 3 days. On the day earmarked for site validation no one turned up till late afternoon. On my reminding a person came for room dimension and wardrobe basic measurements. Immediately within 10 min I was sent a link for additional 10K payment and also prompt reminders to pay it. This was without any site visit by the designer. Luckily I didn't pay this amount. Then over next 2 days we had meetings with their designer, a site visit by the designer. Obviously now there will be some customization. The moment this happens the project cost shoots up dramatically. They say it's because of customization. They should understand that we have come to them since we have a customized requirement. Otherwise we can buy readymade Off the shelf furniture. Now comes another catch. The delivery schedule gets extended since we have given a 'Customized' requirement. My advise to all 1. Please avoid Livspace. 2. Even if you go, don't give advance without site visit, final pricing and design. 3. Also don't rate them in your first visit. That is how they manage to get 4.8 stars. Please read their reviews on Reddit, Insta and Facebook. Today it's 10 Jun 2026 and I had paid you Rs 25K on 21 Apr 2026. You have put my project on Inactive status. Please refund my money. There is no proper response from your Livspace team. It's 16 Jun 2026, almost two months since I paid the amount. No resolution of issue. Your Helpline No there is no response. It's 31 Jul and no resolution form Livspace. My hard earned maney has gone to Livspace account. They are just quiet and no response. Their customer support is pathetic. My sincere advise to all, avoid Livspace.

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Livspace. It has now been over 8 months of continuous follow-ups for my refund, yet there has been zero action from their side. Despite repeated emails, calls, and reminders, I have only received vague responses and false assurances, but no actual resolution. Holding a customer’s money for this long without any justification is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. This kind of conduct raises serious concerns about their business practices. I strongly caution others not to make any advance or booking payments without very clear written terms. Livspace needs to take responsibility and process the refund without any further delay.

I am very satisfied with the product quality, but extremely disappointed with the Indore office team. They initially assured us that the site would be handed over within 45–60 days, but it actually took more than 4 months. During this time, they rarely responded to calls or messages. At the time of signing the documents, they were very polite and made big promises. However, once the contract was signed, their attitude completely changed. The staff was unhelpful, gave misleading information about material colors, and did not allow any changes once approvals were given. Overall, my experience with the Indore office team was highly unprofessional and frustrating. I strongly advise others not to get misled by their discount offers, as customer support and service are completely lacking. 18/05/2026 Till today, we still have not received any kind of compensation from this office, which is extremely unprofessional. For the last 8–9 months, they have only been saying that the payment will be received soon, but there has been no proper action taken yet.
