Terrible experience. The staff is completely uncooperative. They don't disclose hidden refund policies, and it's overpriced. Important terms like minimum order amount aren't mentioned upfront. Highly disappointed — would not recommend. Don't waste your money here. The terms and conditions are terrible. Do not get stuck with them.

We had a wonderful experience with Livspace. Mr. Vedansh was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. He took the time to explain every aspect in detail and presented all the available options clearly, helping us make informed decisions. His valuable guidance in the design process, along with his creative insights and attention to detail, made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for expert assistance with their home interiors.

My experience with Livspace has been nothing short of a nightmare. What was supposed to be an exciting kitchen interior project turned into months of frustration, broken promises, and endless follow-ups. The project was delayed by more than two months beyond the committed deadline, causing immense inconvenience. At the time of signing the contract, we were clearly assured that any delay would be compensated in cash. However, once the project was finally completed after months of unnecessary delays, Livspace conveniently changed the terms and informed us that the compensation would instead be provided in the form of vouchers redeemable only through their portal. Despite repeatedly protesting this unfair change and following up for a resolution, nothing has been done. To make matters worse, it has now been four months since the project was completed, and I still have not received the promised vouchers. What has been even more disappointing is the complete lack of support after the project was handed over. Concerns raised by us have largely gone unanswered, and several repairs and fixes that were promised at the time of booking are still pending. Getting a response from the team has become an exhausting task, with calls and messages often being ignored. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and transparency has been extremely frustrating. Customers are promised one thing at the time of sale and are met with an entirely different reality once the payment has been made. I would strongly advise anyone considering Livspace to think twice before trusting them with their home. Based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding them at all costs.

I recently got my kitchen designed and installed by Livspace, and I am extremely happy with the entire experience. Everything went smoothly right from the design phase to the final installation. The process was well-organized, transparent, and completed as promised. A special mention to Shubham Meena, the Project Manager for my project. He was highly proactive throughout from ensuring the site was fully ready before execution to allocating the right resources at the right time. He was always available, coordinated efficiently, and ensured quick turnaround based on my availability at the site. His professionalism and commitment truly made the experience stress-free.
