Modern House Maker

Had an excellent experience with Modern House Makers for my house design. Aarushi Jain (Project Manager) did a great job handling the planning and execution. The complete civil drawing set—planning, working, structural drawings, and 3D elevations—was delivered clearly and on time. The team was very patient, flexible with changes, and professional with timelines. Communication was prompt and smooth throughout the process. Truly appreciated their dedication and care in designing my dream home. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of working with Modern House Maker to design my Ground + 6 building project in Pune. Their team of experts exceeded my expectations in every way. From the initial consultation to the final design, they demonstrated a deep understanding of my needs and preferences. I highly recommend Modern House Maker to any contractor or builder looking for a reliable and skilled design partner. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly exceptional. In fact, we had worked with Modern House Maker a year ago for a different project, and we were so impressed with their work that we decided to work with them again. The previous building has already been constructed and is fully occupied, a testament to their excellent design skills. Thank you, Modern House Maker, and especially to Mr.Abdul Qadir and the entire team, Iincluding IMRAN YAHAYA Thank you for their exceptional support and guidance throughout the project.

Its been an fantastic experience with the modern house maker. Their workings are systematic, transparent and time bound. And what i like most is executive/engineer follows up thoroughly. Very economical too.👍 Executive deputed to my work- Arpit gupta Engineer- Army kashyap.👍

Bahut hi ghatiya experience raha Modern House Maker ke saath. Payment karne ke baad bhi mera kaam complete nahi kiya gaya. Bar-bar follow-up karna pada, lekin response aur progress dono hi satisfactory nahi the. Is wajah se time aur paise dono waste hue. Strongly suggest karta hoon ki payment karne se pehle proper assurance lein, warna aapka kaam atak sakta hai

I got my house elevation designed by Modern House Maker, and I am extremely satisfied with their work. The design is modern, professional, and perfectly aligned with my requirements. My Project Manager, Ayushi Sharma, handled the project very efficiently, provided regular updates, and paid attention to every detail. Elevation Designer Mr. Juned did an excellent job with his creativity and design sense. The entire team was supportive and professional throughout the process. I truly appreciate their commitment to quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Modern House Maker to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality design services. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a wonderful experience working with Himanshu Pache on my floor plan. He was extremely supportive throughout the entire planning process and stayed fully involved until I was completely satisfied. He handled every modification, explained things clearly, and was always available whenever I needed clarification. His dedication, and commitment to delivering exactly what I wanted truly made the whole experience smooth. Highly recommended!

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I have had with your company regarding my home design project (Contract dated 19.12.2025). As per our agreement, the payment terms were 60% advance and 40% after completion of work. I made the initial 60% payment on time. However, during the project, I received repeated calls requesting additional payment, and I paid an extra 20% even before receiving the committed deliverables. Despite this, I did not receive drawings on time. It was clearly promised that the project would be completed within three weeks, but there have been continuous delays. Communication has been very poor — it is extremely difficult to get any response from the project manager. Another major issue is that after spending a significant amount of money, when I requested an architect certification, I was informed that it was not possible. This was never clarified earlier. Additionally, whenever I requested minor design changes, they were directly refused with unreasonable excuses, which shows a lack of understanding of customer requirements. As per agreement, 3D views and elevation drawings were to be provided after finalizing the drawings. However, I was informed that no further work would proceed unless 100% payment was made in advance. This is not aligned with our contract terms. Currently, my project is still on hold. While I appreciate that the planning and finance departments have been responsive and professional, the overall project management and execution have been highly unsatisfactory. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before entering into a contract based solely on social media presence. After payment, proper support and commitment have been lacking, with repeated assurances of “tomorrow” but no actual progress.

Great work done by Morden House maker team. And special thanks to Mr. Ram karma sir. His coordination skills with client is remarkable and really appreciated the additional efforts taken by him for quick resolution. From structure team, Mr. Fiaz and Ms nidhi resolved all queries as an expert. I have faced some challanges with Ms jayanti related to coordination and attitude, however managed. Overall good experience. I recommended to choose MHM for house construction plans.
