I recently engaged Modern House Maker for a full structural design and planning service, and I’m pleased with the quality of work delivered. The team demonstrated solid expertise, provided clear and detailed plans, and maintained professionalism throughout the project. Communication was smooth, timelines were respected, and the final output met our expectations. Overall, a positive experience. I would recommend their services to others looking for reliable and competent structural design support. I thanks Sahil and Pawan for overall support and I’m happy with their service

I really appreciate the work done by Mr. Umer (Project Manager) for getting my new house design quick and very efficient. The great part of the team was their commitment towrds work and timeline for every phase of the design be it planning, structural drawings detailed EPD designs and interior (beautifully done by Harshita Ma'am). Overall I must say a very big thanks to the Modern House maker team for this great effort to shape ones dream house to reality.

I had such a great experience working with Modern house maker team! From day one, Umer sir really listened to what I wanted, and Rajesh sir, harshita mam and munira mam came up with creative ideas that completely transformed my space. The whole process was smooth, communication was clear, and the results are better than I imagined. My home feels cozy, stylish, and functional thanks to them. Highly recommend if you’re looking for design help!

I recently got my complete house design done by Modern House Maker, and my experience has been excellent from start to finish. My point of contact was Mr. Tarun Sir (Project Manager), and I took the complete civil drawing set from him. It was really convenient to get everything in one place, including planning, working drawings, structural drawings, and 3D elevation. Juned Sir finalized the elevation very beautifully, and Arun Sir also completed the planning perfectly. One of the best things about working with Modern House Maker is their flexibility and patience during the design process. They allowed multiple iterations and changes until I was fully satisfied with the design. Another great aspect is their professional approach to timelines. After every discussion, I received a clear tentative delivery date for the next stage, and every time, they delivered right on schedule. I truly appreciate Mr. Tarun Sir’s prompt communication and dedication. He always responded quickly, resolved every query patiently, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Overall, I am extremely happy with the entire team’s effort. For them, this might be their day-to-day job, but for me, it was about building my dream home, and they managed it with great care and professionalism. A big thank you to Mr. Tarun Sir and the Modern House Maker team (Arun Sir, Himanshu Sir, Anjani Ma'am, Juned Sir & Tofiq Sir and all other team members) for making this journey so seamless and memorable.
