-I recently worked with an engineer who prepared a floor plan, elevation for my project, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome. Their attention to detail was exceptional, ensuring that every aspect of the layout was both practical and visually well thought out. I had a fantastic experience with Modern House Maker! The entire team is professional, but two individuals truly stood out. A massive thanks to Kiney for the design work. The zero-tolerance figure layout was executed with incredible precision; seeing such technical accuracy in the spatial planning was impressive. I also want to highlight Afreen, our POC, for her stellar project management. She handled every detail of the POC (Point of Contact) role with ease, keeping the project moving and ensuring clear communication throughout. If you’re looking for a team that combines high-end technical design with seamless execution, I highly recommend them!
