The Hotel Rooms are okay as the maintenance is not proper, bed sheets are not clean and they don't even bother to check whether there is blanket/pullover sheet on the bed. When asked for, it took around 30 mins in the mid night to give which was a old torn blanket with cover put on it. The housekeeping manager is very irresponsible with regards to this a.nd behaviour the housekeeping staff was also poor. The restaurant staff is good and the complimentary buffet breakfast was nice with a variety of coice Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 4

I recently stayed at hotel surya and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city, and yet it offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. Rooms: The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the plush robes and high-quality toiletries. The view from my room was stunning, offering a perfect blend of cityscape and nature. Service: The staff were friendly, professional, and always eager to assist with any request. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly, and they made me feel genuinely welcome. Special thanks to [specific staff member] for going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Amenities: The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a well-equipped gym, a relaxing spa, and a rooftop pool with breathtaking views. The restaurants on-site served delicious meals, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Overall Experience: I highly recommend hotel surya for anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides an outstanding experience that makes you want to return. I can’t wait to visit again! Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. I had the pleasure of dining at Surya Hotel's rooftop restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience! The live music was fantastic adding a magical touch to the evening. The ambiance was stunning with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. The rooftop setting combined with the lively music made for a truly memorable evening. Highly recommend.. Service: 5 Location: 5

Location is around 30 mins from Indore Airport , centrally located . Service is good & quick . Rooms are spacious but lacks in cleanliness . Food is good , breakfast platter options are limited . Veg & Non veg options both are available. Valet parking available. Banquet hall present , good for organising get togethers. Overall a one time visit.
