One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The food was undercooked, the ambiance was lackluster, and the service was abysmal. The exorbitant prices left me baffled as to what exactly warranted such high charges. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Nice restaurant but staff needs to be little more disciplined and courtesy. I went through my car the wallet said you park your vehicle yourself, if this is the thing the wallet shouldn't be given as service though he parked the vehicle of my friend when I asked him. Secondly the service was very poor we had to wait for for the roti even though we ordered timely. The service issue was there but the taste of food is good. And presentation of food is also good.

A perfect place for social events as the hotel has been refurbished recently. Great room service, polite staff. Hope they find ways to curb the smell issue in few rooms. It will help if direction boards are placed between room floors to Banquet hall floor.

It is one of the nicer hotels in the area. Rooms are decent, although the room layout is weird and the hotel structure overall is also not normal. Rooms are decent size, but they are old from the inside. Bathrooms were not up to marks. I had bad luck in that I got 301, which had a constantly running AC compressor, which did not have any button to turn it off, and that made a lot of noise constantly. My room fortunately had a firm bed, but my family did not. The bedding was old, and they needed a thorough cleaning, and the towels required replacing. The hotel has a nice reception area and a restaurant. Although the common bathroom in the reception was hell hole, filthy dirty and smelly. The Hotel is centrally located and well within the reach of the new city. However I stayed through my company's side and reviews are based totally on the price charged against the services offered. Rooms: Rooms are small in size as compared to the price. For rs 3k per day tariff much bigger and furnished rooms are expected. The furniture of the room is also very old. The AC performance was Okish and it is of some local brand or assembled. Food: Food is much more costlier than the average 3 star hotel almost double the price. Breakfast is included in the tariff but there is hardly any change in the menu for the three days I have stayed. The taste of the food is Okay. Rooms: 2 Service: 3 Location: 5
