Execllent stay..would highly recommend This hotel has been in the city since over 35 years and surprisingly is very well maintained..One of the oldest hotels in city and glad that they have kept it in a very good shape. Located right in middle of cityin South Tukoganj ,very near to railway station , it's very convinient to travel on either side of the city Had booked a executive room and the interiors were great.. I am having very pleasant stay in this hotel from last 2 years. Rooms are very neat n clean. All the staff is very courteous with their quick service. Cleanliness is their prime responsibility. You can judge them by looking every corner of room. Every corner of room is very clean with shining flooring & tiles. Buffet breakfast is very delicious with their variety of choices offering for guests. I recommend all business travellers to visit this hotel property once.

I have been seeing this place since my childhood. They are one of the most oldest and trusted hotels in the city. After so many years, still their service is good. The staff is professional and helpful. They serve only vegetarian food and no alcohol, which makes it a safe destination for family outing also. We have gone there to attend a marriage function, but still, loved the taste of the food and the service. Thumbs up.

Was here as part of a professional event and stayed as an overnight guest. The hotel has undergone a renovation recently and the rooms are now quite new and equipped. They have also been maintained well. Location is close to the central area of the city and well accessible. The service was excellent and so was the food at the restaurant. It was a comfortable stay overall and would recommend as a quick solution to short term stays.

I went to their restaurant on the 1st floor, and the experience was not good. The ambiance was below expectations, the entire hotel feels outdated, and the staff was unprofessional. They don’t even have proper parking. The only good thing was the food.

Extremely ridiculous service. They served the contents of sizzler separately, upon complaining they simply reassembled the cold contents on the plate. The waiter was not very respectful when we pointed out the problems with our order. The Virgin mojito was made with syrup and tasted very artificial. The chicken wasn't cleaned properly. Overall, the food tasted horrible and was highly over priced for the quality that we were served. Staff was very rude and the service was unbelievably slow. Service: 1

The location of the hotel is perfect from the city centre The food was great Place is not maintained at all. It has a very awful stink in the room. Centrally located for easy commuting to the main tourist attractions. Rooms are clean and spacious. Tripple bed rooms available. Food is very costly in their own restaurant. Taste wise, it's also not very great. Would suggest to just step out of the hotel to get good and affordable food choices. There are so many restaurants within walkable distance. The only problem we faced during our stay was they had party going on in one of the halls they have. There was very loud music going on from 10pm to 12.30am. We couldn't sleep till it got over. Since they provide accommodation in the same hotel they should make sure that there is no loud music or any other disturbance after 10pm.
