Hotel Surya

It's a good in budget hotel for people who want to stay here for a full day with budget of 2-3K with all facilities excluding food. Ambience is just very normal, not a attractive place. Staff is so polite and humble. Food is also as same as the hotel is.. I mean to say it is just very normal.

This is a good place to stay in main city. I was there for a family function and everything went well including food, stay and overall service. They have nice halls for small or large functions and that served our purpose. Good place for food. Need to upgrade the room service particularly when it has been sold in mass for any occasion like marriage etc. The following are the improvement areas: 1. Pests control is mandatory in rooms and in the entire premises. 2. The food need to be covered at the time of delivery at room. 3. The cuisines in breakfast has to be different on daily basis. 4. The AC, TV and Bed linens etc. need to be in order and neat and clean. 5. The tea bags, coffee and milk powder to be topped up on daily basis. 6. Need to avoid unwanted sounds and noises.

I stayed at the Hotel on 22nd January 2019. On reaching the hotel, security did not allow my vehicle upto the porch. I had to walk down from the main road up to the reception. Rooms were clean, but the facilities at the rooms are below standard. Electrical switches are of inferior quality and thus charging of mobile , laptop etc are risky. Toilet flush was not working properly. Though the staff at the reception are cordial, one should not rely on the bills they produce. One must not be surprised if they will charge you for services you have not availed. I had to check out in a hurry, and they overcharged me for the services I did not avail. So be careful while booking accommodation at Hotel Surya and making payments.

Experience with Hotel Surya was very pleasant. Wonderful clean room with superb interiors. Room service was very quick. Location wise also very good. Everything was within easy reach. Staff was polite and helpful. There is a restaurant in the hotel, food was very tasty but the service was very slow, they has less staff in the restaurant. There was a wide spread for the morning breakfast. Overall wonderful experience of the hotel.

You can host up to 70 people. Food was amazing. Interiors are great. Along with the ground hall we also got a sit out area with few round tables for people who wanted to enjoy the rains. Mic and speaker were nice. You can play your own list using usb.

The say themselves as a 3 star but standards are below .Their food prices are high as comparative to a 3 star property.Lack of service and bell boys . Bathroom stinks and wall are tempered. Color of room is old and linens are not up to mark. Inside room fridge doesn't work and they provide low quality tea complimentaey tea which is worst in taste so that you will be compelled to buy good tea from them.Booked a executive double bed for 2 people still they provide only one complimentary packaged drinking water.Curtains are old and they don't provide Toiletries as they mention while selling. I would rather prefer some other hotel than this to stay next time. I would give them 2/5.

This was a very good stay. The rooms are really nice. Ajay & Bhupendra at the reception were very helpful. Along with early check-in, they also provided a room post checkout for relaxing & freshening up in the evening. They even matched the online rate & gave a better room. As per 3 star, it is worth it. We stayed at a Hotel Surya last week for a family vacation.. The rooms were very spacious.. Lush green ambiance of the corridor was pleasant.. The rooms,corridors and dining area were very neat and clean.. Room service was quick.. The staff was polite and helpful.. Food was amazing special mentions for mixed veg paratha.. It's a centrally located place in Indore with everything very nearby.. Valet car parking is available.. Great place for a family visit as well as for a business purpose..
