Hotel Surya

Absolutely terrible hotel experience. The hotel staff including the manager are clueless about the condition of the rooms. At night they allow for rowdy crowds in rooms which would be okay if the rooms provided that level of sound isolation. The hotel claims it is a non-smoking hotel, but the floors on our stay wreaked of smoking. The rooms are smelly, bedsheets yellow and on top of the one sleepless night we spent at the room, after being asleep for only one hour, a boy from the staff knocked on the door at 6 in the morning to ask if there was an extra bedsheet in the room. Do not go there even as a last resort! Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

This hotal is bad and the luanch is bad and and dinner is very bad

I am staying at Hotel Surya in Indore from yesterday, room 311. Upon entering the room, I was immediately greeted with an unpleasant odor, which set a negative tone for the stay. To make matters worse, we encountered 5-6 cockroaches, which was both unsettling and unacceptable. Unfortunately, the overall experience made the stay not worth the price, and I will not be considering this hotel for future visits Trip type Business Rooms: 2 Service: 3 Location: 5

Good rooms. Great service. They accepted late check out as my flight was in the evening. Hot water was not coming maybe due to faulty geyser. That's there only reason for 4 stars. Else it's definitely 5 stars.

Such a nice hotel in indore at affordable rates it's a 3🌟 hotel. Hotel management was well behaved and trained. Good choice for several occasions like reception, parties and all. I enjoyed the evening in there but one thing disappointed me is their cleanliness at that point they need to do some work. That's why i gave it 4 stars. …

The service & food taste/quality were pathetic. The rates were exorbitant. Repenting on our decision of having dinner at roof top restaurant of Surya Hotel despite availability of so many better options in the vicinity.

Went for Dinner. Valet parking available. Restaurant attached to hotel. A very old established hotel known for good food. Captain arranged for a good table immediately. All dishes were specially prepared being Jain food. Service fast. Prices are higher bit but looking to fine dining option, it's worth. Enjoy the evening.

Delicious food at reasonable price. At a convenient location. Friendly staff. Paneer chilly, chicken chilly, fried rice are must try here. If you aren't so comfortable with non veg and it's smell, better don't go to this place as is mostly non veg eating crowd here. Alcohol is also served here. Quantity is quite sufficient. Value for money. Quality is good as well.

My overall experience was very good food was very yummy and staffs were very courteous and very helpfull special thanks to Narendra and vijendra both were very friendly both always take care. And manager satyaveer singh also very nice he is know me very well .
