Good location. Ample parking available. Rooms are tidy, good for business travel. Food is somewhat costly, but of good taste. Breakfast is good. Staffs are courteous, co-operative. Smooth check in and check out. You can avail extension of check out at half price. Value for money.

The hotel is located just at the right place, in the middle of the town. One of the better areas of Indore. The staff is friendly and courteous. The manager was very helpful and kind. The rooms were very neat and clean, nice breakfast spread and very tasty. All in all a wonderful place to stay at.

Hotel Surya Indore is a fantastic option for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Stayed in this hotel for two days. Room was small(ok for two people), nice and clean. Room service excellent. Wifi was there but the speed was very slow. Food served was tasty. They have Breakfast buffet which includes South Indian dishes, North Indian dishes, poha, sprouts , juices ,some Indian dessert, toast, tea or coffee. Reasonable price for all this. Overall, my stay in this hotel was good.

Was here for 2 nights for a conference. The rooms are spotless and practical. The dining halls are spacious enough to serve a large group. The food is descent. Hotel staff is very cooperative and kind. The hotel is good for conducting corporate dinners, conferences and other events. It is just 25 minutes drive from Indore Airport and is located in the heart of the city. Famous points of interest are situated within 20 minutes drive from the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant and bar that serves varied type of food and drinks. The check-in and check-out process is quick. Overall a descent hotel.

Pethetic Management... They would just simply ask you to check out from the hotel and stay at any other hotel if you extend your stay. No courtesy to ask guest if they would be continue their stay with the hotel. Poor and Bad Management they won't even say Sorry and the Cashier at the reception may scream on you and tell you that it's your fault and better leave from our hotel as we are sold out. BEWARE - Don't expect much from the Management in terms of behavior and service. Be prepared to expect embarrassment and humiliation in return of your money. Would suggest you to book another hotel as their are many decent and good properties around the same area. Trip type Business Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 4
