I have visited this hotel as a teenager a few times and I visited now when I’m 40+ It’s sad to see such a beautiful hotel turn to shambles. I wish the young generation who is running this hotel get its glory back. I wish good luck to the management. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 5

Service not to good they did not maintain quality and safety. After reading my review... they promise me to resolve all issues as soon as possible. And they told me that on my next visit I found everything ok. If they resolve issue which me and other guests told them than they deserve 5* rating. For there location, service, safety. And if Found changes on my next visit than its my promise I will give you the best rating for your for your commitment.

Let me be honest , firstly i was not liking this hotel. But the hotel staff and services are very nice kind and helping.They always provided us very nice facilities. I get to know sometimes its not all about first impression. It was literally good stying here. We are 3 women (My self with 2 sister) visiting this hotel on 8th and 9th September 2023. We stay there for safety as the hotel is on prime location. We ask day manager that we are living in morning 5.30am. So need need rest. We slept at 9.30pm and on 10.30pm someone ring the bell 3 time. Then on near by 12am only our room light has gone then on 1.30am near by hotel light has gone. Bcz of hectic day we need rest and again we have to get up at 4.30am. On morning there no hot water coming then again in the early morning we have to call the staff for that. In over all picture we have to open the door 4 to 5 time in night. And in room passage area the cigarette and ganja smell is really very bad and in this situation we have to open our door 4 to 5 time. Then in morning 6am check out time we ask all this thing with night manager so he said “apko itni problem thi to raat ko hotel chod dete” Is this the way to talk with customer? Where is the safety here? On night between 12am to 1am how can we leave the hotel and roaming around for new hotel. And he don’t want to understand our problems. I personally recommended, only women and family don’t stay in this hotel. My personal experience is Very bad experience with this hotel. The hotel building looks good from outside and the rooms are also spacious with almost all facilities covered up, however the construction seems old,lobby doesn't looks much attractive as the outer space,hotel staff is friendly happy to help,driks are also available, parking is also safe is good. Worst hotel, only thing which is high is there price for a 3rd class room. I stayed here about a month ago with my friends. Switch board was hanging outside, there was a dead lizard on the bathroom floor, there was no hot water even when we took the best room they offered. They charged 2k for the room but wasn't worth it. And the owner instead of reply fake to every negative review improve your hotel. That's the way to get all the positive reviews not by replying like goons. Even Google maps say 1 star hotel.

Waste of money | Unhygienic | Poor Service | Arrogant Staff | They even not providing basic facility like Shampoo, Tooth brush & paste & towel. Worst experience during my stay, In-short time I will file complaint against this hotel to Consumer Forum as they are not providing facility as per their charge. Guys please stay at any Dharamshala in Indore but don't book this hotel. Dirty rooms, old bedsheets with wholes, old towels, no hot water, everything in room are broken. if you complaint about the same then arrogant staff will argue a lot.
