Hotel Samrat

We stayed there for 4days and on the last day theirs cleaner came to clean the room while i was not at the room.. i kept two brand new watches of Fastrack on the desk.. then when I came home n checked the box one of the watch was missing from inside the box.. it was surely Done by that cleaner... It's a request to the authorities to verify these matters and take measures accordingly.. these kind of activities are not acceptable at all.. I know I won't get the watch back but it's my suggestion to everyone to look over their things sincerely while checking out . Rooms: 1 Service: 1

Extremely overpriced a single mattress was provided in the name of extra bed which was kept on the floor and charged separately. Electronic appliances such as a. c and telephone were not working and bathroom faucets were not working either. Probably the worst u can get in the name of a hotel. Rooms, bedsheets were not very clean and bathrooms look like they were left in the middle of upgrade. Decently placed location wise within 1-1.5 kms of bus terminal, train station, chappan dukan. Only positive was the staff is good. Overall, definitely a last choice Rooms: 1 Service: 4 Location: 3

I attended a wedding function, a very small garden, and the exhaust fan of the hotel's kitchen was facing towards the garden. You feel disgusted. Bad smell. Travel group Family

One of the worst hotel in Indore.... I have probably stayed there for 4 times but last time I booked there and when I reached there they said there is no booking of yours and no rooms available.... You guys can't even think about it from the troubles me and my wife gone through because she was getting late for her exam, plenty of works were remaining.... And now just I called there for inquiry the person sitting on reception is very rude and no professionalism of hotelier... Hotel samrat is very nice for stay in indore. Good location, and staff behaviour is very nice. In the hotel campus a community hall is also available for meeting and other training purpose. Food quality is also very nice, all facility is provided time to time by hotel staff. Rooms are fully air conditioned and both type of water like hot and cold are also available for bath in all rooms. #Very_nice_for_stay_in_smart_city_Indore.
