Excellent Hotel. Very well maintained property, staff is very helpful and food is very good. A must stay any time for people visiting Indore. The hotel is close to the city and access to all the shopping locations is easy. All amenities are provided in the rooms.

Hotel staff sabse Ganda and service too much worst . Bas payment time par kar do uske baad ap reception par call Karo to koi nhi sunne ga aur inka water bottle rate 30 rupee Jo apko bhar 20 mai mil jaye gi . Hotel staff are also mannerless and rudely talk with customers . Rooms and toilet too much dirty. And hotel corridor also bad . Samrat hotel mai Jana apne paise waste karne wali baat hai . Agar checkin karo to soch samjh kar karna . Otherwise samrat se bhi achee achee hotel hai city mai Hotel samrat zero star deserve karta hai Not recommending to other people's . Useless hotel in Indore Trip type Vacation Travel group Family

In South tukoganj area surrounded by many eateries and malls. Good to stay but facilities here are poor such as washbasin taps are not working ventilators in bathroom are open which is privacy issue for ladies won't recommend if not improved.

Hotel staff mannerless inshort bola Jaye to kaamchor hai Bolne ki tameez nhi aur customer ko handle karna nhi atta inn logo ko . Room gande , handle tutta hua , paani atta nhi , soap bhi nhi dete , towel gande , bedsheet gande aur tv remote not working . Corridor Ganda , foul smell wala room
