This is central as far as location but low on maintenance, staff is old though helpful. Old sanitary ware. Food is okay. For those who drink, alcohol and beer is available just on GF of the hotel, you can order in room as well. Price wise you can get a better hotel in same price. This hotel has classic architecture, it was really attractive and felt royal. Rooms are very tidy. Staffs are highly professional and had an amazing experience, it felt like home, they were always ready to help and friendly with us. We stayed with family here for 2 days, we also had a kid with us too. Food is bit pricy but the quality is good, like home, would sure recommend to others this place. It had lots of bed bugs, room service took 30-40 min to get attention, hot water came just one time in morning. Worst hotel, i have ever stayed. No proper room service. Trying to charge extra price for water bottles, additional from MRP. Either they must have print their hotel brand and whatever MRP they want to charge then no issue. Charging Bisleri bottle 1 ltr for 30 rs, 10 rs extra on MRP. This is not a fair practice.
