Location of the hotel is very convenient. Staff is courteous. However cleanliness of bathroom/toilet did not meet expectation. Very limited breakfast items so unless it is must you may opt out the breakfast. Bath towels weer not replaced unless reminded.

Disappointing stay. There was no safe parking place. Unmarried couples are not allowed. Hotel is an old property with furniture & doors wearing out. Service was excellent and staff are friendly. Rooms are clean and check-in & Check-out process is smooth. Charging point near the bed was not working, AC remote was not working. There were no soaps in the washroom. Also hot water was not there. I was traveling alone for work, as I reached early I wanted to fresh up and leave. Ladies washroom in the basement area did not have dustbin, soap. Basic amenities are not there in this hotel. At night room service personal came with tea and water, however I did not order anything. In the morning during checkout they told me you have bill to pay for tea, the tea I never ordered. The reviews, photographs and ratings of the property on all booking platforms are misleading. Please don't give it a try. The lift was not working. There was no wifi. Seating arrangemens in the restaurant was dirty and stinking. They provided us with a room with no shower in the barthroom. No proper lighting in the bathroom. The tube light was hanging on the mirror. On asking, the manager told that the rooms were undergoing renovation. In that case they should not have allotted the room. The hotel rooms are good for the price. Spacious and very clean. The location is also on the main road and nearby to both 56 dukaan street and sarafa market. The staff is also helpful. My recent stay at FabHotel Santoor was extremely disappointing. Despite the promising ratings, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the issues I encountered: Cleanliness: The rooms were not clean upon arrival. There were visible signs of neglect, and the towels provided were dirty. Odor Issues: All three rooms I booked had a persistent unpleasant smell that made the stay uncomfortable. Noise Disturbance: Throughout the afternoon, there was disruptive drilling noise, which significantly affected any chance of relaxation or rest. Misleading Ratings: It's evident now that the high ratings on various booking platforms are misleading. The hotel seems to have a strong marketing team that manipulates these ratings, giving a false impression of their actual service quality. Overall, my three-day stay at FabHotel was a regrettable experience. I would strongly advise against booking based solely on online ratings without thorough research. Satisfactory Room booked for 3 adults + 1 child, but breakfast was only provided for 3. Staff denied extra and refused late checkout despite vacant rooms. Housekeeping requires improvement, toilet is small, and there was no tea/coffee maker in the room. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4

Decent hotel but the location is really good. The check in was very delayed. Initially they told us that the rooms will be ready by 11 am, but we got the rooms ready at 12.30 pm. We kept asking and they told us that there is a delayed check out today, which I don’t understand why were they entertaining when their next guests are already waiting. The service was very poor. We asked for tea and we got no sugar. We asked for towels and never received them. The food was ry good but the complimentary breakfast was very limited. Too sweet tea, bread butter and pohe were common and they switched between pav bhaji and idli for 2 days. No other items. Overall not a great experience. They provide those small soaps in the room whether it is a suite room or executive room. They dont have any dental kits. Balconies are too dirty. The lift gets stuck time and time again.
