Hotel Santoor

Room service is poor. And 24 hour hot water is not available and check everything before checking in. I have booked 3 rooms,AC was not effective in one room TV was not working in other room and toilet sheet cover was broken in other room. though manager said he can change the room. but service is really poor. rooms good and clean. situated in a very good area.

Pathetic rooms, not clean at all. Washrooms are horrible too. Torn bed covers and sheets, extremely dusty room and bathroom with stains. The room price only 1600 was my concern but the hotel outperformed in all aspects. We had carried electric kettle which came in very handy On last evening hotel owner extended hospitality by allowing to relax in a room at no cost as our bus was at 9 pm. Hotel location is very good. Reception is very cooperative. Room service is fast and all the guys were very good. Breakfast options are limited but very tasty. Room and bathroom need improvement. The hotel I booked and paid in full said they do not have availability due to an electrical issue, upon arrival. However, there were other guests in the hotel. They moved us to a different hotel close by which had stinky rooms and bad vibes. I had to make spot reservation at another hotel and moved out. Worst experience. Will never try Fab hotels again. We two elderly couples,stayed in the hotel from 6th to 10th Nov'23 for visiting Ujjain &Malwa to have a darshan of Sri Mahakal and Sri Omkareswar.The rooms,the food,the service everything is very good there.The managers and the staffs are cooperative, helpful and polite.we really enjoyed our stay . However,the lone wash basin inside the toilet is quite irritating and would like to suggest to install at least 2 wash basins close to the dining hall for convenience of the diners.
