Pretty decent Hotel for the price range it charges. Rooms are decent size and clean. There is running hot water. Breakfast served here is okayish, but very unimaginative. They have poha and bread-butter as a daily staple. And they just add one additional dish like a aloo parantha or puri bhaji. The highlight is the Sweet Kesari Lassi that you can order here. Rest of the food served in Room Service is average. You can choose to order from online Apps or you can just dine-in in some good Restaurants in the vicinity. Very bad experience. Lots off mosquito. No mosquito net and cocoroch also roaming around bed. shower also block. Breakfast not ready before 8:30. Not good for office class. Feel like Free acomadation

Hotel is okay.. But the customer care service is very bad. I booked the room through customer care and he did the wrong booking. While checking in at hotel at 11 pm, I got to know that the booking was wrong. Called customer care but Sahil (customer care person) asked me for making extra payment at the hotel if I want to check in even the mistake was of the customer care person who booked the room. So unprofessional and they were not ready to help and left us stranded outside hotel at night 11 pm. Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 4

One of the good hotels in Indore. Though the lift and the person at reception in the morning are scaryy but the rooms are really beautiful. I have just reduced 1 point for the behaviour of the receptionist. He could have explained me in a good way rather being rude. Rest all 5 star. Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5

One year earlier also the hotel service was good as I stayed there, but this time worst service specially the behaviour of reception people. We have been charged extra, which was not done in our earlier stay, moreover foul smell from ac, remote not properly functioned. Dripping of water from basin tap, spot on bedsheet. Frequently powercut. Due to location which is near to Geeta bhawan square is the only positive point. Very basic type hotel, not recommended, further not willing to stay here. As per the location it's good, but my God, the rooms are like hellish and dirty with bad odour and no lighting across rooms. Very bad experience, they show something on site, and deliver something different. We are fooled actually by their ambience. Room was OK, mattress was too old and cotton was coming out of that. Bathroom does not have a handwash. Food was too spicy, not tasty but cost was double. They always give more tea and roti when you want room service. And charge Rs 50 for a cup of tea. Rooms were very conjusted. 1. Location which is near to Treasure Island Mall, AICTSL Bus Stop and Hotel Surya. All good restaurants pubs near to this place. 2. Spacious room with mini Fridge and comfortable stay. Peaceful environment. 3. Breakfast was good and tasty. 4. One thing I didn't like is they shifted me to Deluxe room, but I had booked Executive. Later on they apologized and shifted me to correct one. Receptionist should be well aware of the bookings so that customer do not feel that kind of inconvenience.
