The rooms are disgusting and the room was poorly maintained and bad odor and washrooms are unclean and tabs are not working and leakage from tabs in toilets and specially cockroaches are in room The towels were old and frayed.. The image shown in google photos are totally opposite in real,it's worse and management ought to focus on maintaining the rooms and renovate it Otherwise I highly recommend you to don't stay in this hotel until and unless repaired done...Highly suggestable don't books your rooms online as well as offline..otherwise you will regret I will never stay in this hotel and suggest you The same.. Rooms are not so good. Some bad fragrance in all over residency and room. Hotel Staff night duty guy behaviour was bad. Bathroom was not cleaned. Worst stay ever. The staff is so stubborn they will never listen. The service mentioned and provide are completed different. For each problem one need to ask multiple times after that problem will not be solved not recommended . Many other very good hotels are available at this price. WORST EXPERIENCE : One of the worst rooms ever possible. Water leaking from the roof. The room stinks. Washrooms doors don't close. Lots of algae ( Kai ) in the washroom. When you ask them to switch rooms, they say there are no rooms available though the hotel was 90% vacant. After 2 hour long fight at 4 in night the staff opened other rooms ( more then 10 rooms) which were in worse condition and the rooms that were in good condition were having issues with AC or Washroom. When no local commute is available, the hotel doesn't even have any other option, that the customer can move out and are forced to stay there. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO NOT CONSIDER THIS HOTEL. Overall it was good. Clean rooms, polite staff and food was also nice. But they refused us complimentary breakfast, although it was included in our package (booking done through Agoda) so we had to pay for the breakfast. Google says it is a 4-star hotel which is hard to believe, As the the rooms are in bad condition, they do not offer any service except for water that is also chargeable. Pathetic experience. The rooms are dirty and they literally stink, no ventilation in the room, not even a single window. The windows you see in the photos are just to fool travellers, they open into the corridor which smells badly. The walls of the room and toilet and the bed were all full of damp. The toilet walls were covered with moss and fungus due to damp. Please don't opt for this hotel. Only the reception area looks good and that is the way they trap travellers. Location of the property is good and kitchen staff and service is good. But reception people are pathetic, they just route your request to the other person in shift and no ask of you is fulfilled. They are not able to give a bill of your stay in this age. Rooms condition is ordinary. In my double bedroom only 2 of the charging points given were working out of 5. Damps were evident on the wall. Check in here only if your budget is very tight otherwise there are better hotels available around the area at some what similar price. I would strongly advise against anyone considering a stay at that particular hotel. After booking four rooms for my family's brief visit, I was dismayed to discover that all of the rooms were incredibly dirty. Even the bedsheets were noticeably unclean, which left us feeling quite disappointed and uncomfortable during our stay.
