Location is good just beside the station. Good for sales people. Room are not clean r maintained. Wash room is also so small. The reception and sitting place are very nice but they should pay attention to the rooms as well. The staff aren't that friendly as well. When asked for empty plates they are angry that we are not ordering from their place and asking for plates. But it's so reasonably cost effective may be that's what helping them out. By the time we are to check out the hotels rooms are full as well. Room is not clean. There is no hygiene. I did feel smoke & smell of cigarette everywhere. There is bed bug in bed. Food is also not hygiene. I will recommend please do not go there. Advise For Hotel - Please renovate your hotel. You take enough charge. Still not enough then please take more charge. But do not compromise with service. Price not worth, No proper service, No geyser, no hot water, room stings, pealed paint, no bathroom fitments, no toiletries provided, for room service had to wait. Wifi connection there, but no connectivity, Room phone available but not connected to restaurant and reception. People are polite. Water storage tank had filled and there was water everywhere. Many staff and people had to slow steps to avoid falling due to wet floors, reception, 1st floor, 2nd floor, everywhere. I recently stayed at this OYO property and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms were in poor condition, with several issues that significantly impacted our stay. The presence of bed bugs and cockroaches was alarming, and one of my friends even received an electric shock from a faulty switch. For hot water, we were provided with a geyser stick, which was inconvenient and unsafe. The bathrooms were poorly maintained, adding to the discomfort. While the lobby at the entrance was presentable, it does not reflect the overall state of the property. Half of the switches in the rooms were non-functional, the building itself is old, and the paint was noticeably worn off. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel, especially for families. The photos on the website are misleading and do not accurately represent the current condition of the property. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. This hotel is listed on Oyo site with a good rating and reviews. Relying on the Oyo brand name, we booked a room in this hotel. The room was pathetic, unhygienic, cockroaches were roaming around the room and also on the bedsheet. I dont have enough words to explain the room condition, better have a look at the photos. Completely disgusting, Location was good , near the bus station...but hotel was too much dirty and looks like very old hotel from inside ...room's door was decayed, washrooms were too dirty , every corner was durt , room was smelling like very old place, looks like no maintenance from years has been done...i checked many rooms there but all were the same because of no maintenance and no taking care of things...many things were broken and many things was not working properly....in the same price you get alot more better rooms than this....only location was good everything rest was worst. Absolutely Disgusting – DO NOT STAY HERE I'm writing this review at 5:30 in the morning because I couldn't sleep a single minute in this horrible excuse for a hotel. The hygiene is beyond pathetic – cockroaches crawling around everywhere, including near the bed and bathroom. As if that wasn't enough, bed bugs were literally crawling on my face, biting through the night. It felt like sleeping in a pest-infested dump. There is a genuine risk of infections here. The rooms are filthy, mouldy, and smell like they've never been cleaned. The entire place feels old, neglected, and borderline uninhabitable. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Avoid This Hotel – Extremely Unhygienic and Uncomfortable! I had an absolutely terrible experience staying at this hotel. The rooms are in extremely poor condition, with a horrible odor that makes it difficult to breathe. To make matters worse, I found cockroaches and bed bugs in the room, which is completely unacceptable. The bed sheets were dirty, clearly not changed from previous guests, and the room was full of mosquitoes, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. Hygiene and cleanliness seem to be non-existent here. This place is a complete waste of money. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel. The hotel maintenance is very poor. I booked through oyo where reviews were good but upon reaching the hotel, it was completely different. The bathroom sink was leaking water, bed sheets were stained and pillows were worn out. There were insects and cockroaches inside the cupboard. It was already late for us so just for the night we managed. The location was prime as it was near to station and market otherwise nothing good about this hotel. Very disappointed.
