The room was clean, basic and comfortable. The staff isn't helpful with any queries or concerns. They claim to be a corporate hotel but did not have a single Iron in the entire hotel. Rooms are not clean. AC and fan not working The service guy is eating paan and spite in own hotel life and wall Cockroach 🪳 is everywhere. Worst service, worst in cleanliness, toilet are filthy, reception is not clean. Yesterday staying here is nightmare. Even single sitter room which I stayed yesterday in room no 203 is next to someone else room. I can here their voice whole night. Their is no privacy. Even common washroom is pathetic. Worst ever room, oyo should verify every hotel before adding them on OYO. Hotel was not matching with the photos uploaded. Even they peeled walls nd smelly rooms, attaching photos for reference. Service was worst. Even OYO customer care is very irresponsible, i have contacted two times and the time was 8pm approx but the solution for changing OYO hotel was not done. Even the last option i had to stay at HOTEL UTSAV bcs i paid OYO already and it was 8-9pm already I cannot go anywhere to walk n find new hotel. Pathetic customer care , very irresponsive team , couldn’t arrange a new hotel at night for a girl when they are responsible for their deeds ( adding pathetic hotel utsav ,not matchable from photos). OYO is getting worst day by day just making money by doing pre paid booking things. Even the staff was behaving bad, asking me to cancel my booking if their rooms do not match from posted photos. Nothing great to boast about Only one thing i liked is non smelly rooms When i entered room, room was clean but requires maintenance. Showing its age. Very small room. Bed sheets were not dirty but not white as new.. Very very bad property , rooms are pathetic, cockroaches all over, dirty bed sheets and pillows, bathroom with broken taps and non working flush, images shown on various online booking platforms are fake, rooms like them are non existent. Non professional and staff, they didn't even provided packed sealed water bottle, upon asking they gave refill water bottles.
