The dirtiest hotel I had ever stayed. Wish I could give zero rating. Bathroom, room, floor, bedsheet, towel everything there was dirty and sure deserve zero rating. Better to stay at some dharamshala. Merely by name it’s Utsav, but really it proved totally opposite. Management may check rooms and self justify if I had commented anything wrong. Elevator - go fight with it if your mood is not spoiled yet Rooms - what to say , words aren't enought to describe the beuty of it They have the best rooms if you're on the episode of man vs wild Its full of cockroaches and bed bugs you will have to survive the whole night with them crawling all over you And then you'll find very nutritional fungus growing on the bedsheets blankets pillows and walls With variety of them, black fungus white fungus and it grows as you stay there When you try to communicate haha , you'll get to know the phone isn't gonna work The almirah will take you to narnia i think from where all the staff members came from bcz they wont understand a single word of what you say dont trust their 'hmmm' they will reply the same with every problem you put against them till you get crazy in a day or two Tv remote wont work AC dosent cool your room And when you put the problem to manager he just says 'hmmmm' and cuts the call This will happen everytime you call them or meet them this is not a hotel its rain basera sorry even they have courteous staff if not the facilities tho , final verdict is see the photos and care for your family and press helpful button and never search this hotel again in life !!!!! First it's a OYO hotel so think before go there. Smell of cigarettes every where. Lunch and dinner disks are kept in loby area ..wall, furniture, bathrooms Knob,bathrooms door handle totally In worst condition. 🪳 is running in room and bathroom. I stayed for 2 days. *The room was smelling badly of cigarettes, bad smell was coming from bathroom as well * In the morning water supply was gone for 3 hours * Mineral water was charged 30 instead of the written MRP 20. One of the worst experience of my life, Its a lodge with an AC. wall paints is cracking everywhere. curtains and towels were as bad as they can be.Unhygienic bathrooms and service was so terrible that I cant put it in words. Specially the fact that they treat us as second class guest because we booked it through OYO rooms. They were keep saying that if we have any issues go and call OYO not to us. we are not responsible for rooms or images posted in OYO rooms. They are cheaters, they provide wrong information and photos. Their rooms are third class, totally unheigenic with cockroachs. I'm proceeding for filing complaint in consumer court. They will get notice very soon. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

This hotel is not recommended to any one the worst experience. This is haunted property. Worst staff ever seen. We left hotel in hrs time after seeing cockroaches and broken doors no lights.
