The hotel is located conveniently near madhumilan square,quite near to transport hubs. Rooms are okay but food is excellent.room service is also fine. Behaviour of hotel staff is also fine. Right where it should be. In the heart of the Indore market where everything is just within your reach. Love the ambiance of the hotel. The lobby has sitting chairs with various things to pass your time while you wait, like chess and magazines. The food here is just amazing! They got a good chef for themselves. A must try dish would be the tandoori chicken or lemon chicken for all the non veg lovers. Hope y'all visit it and experience it for yourself.

The property is overdue for repair and renovation. Very poorly maintained. Has pathetic, unhygienic looks. Do not go by other reviews. If you want to stay in hotel with crocreches, use stinky bathroom, you may prefer to stay here. It was worst ever experience for me. Stinking rooms, dirty bed sheets and towel, highly unhygienic bathrooms, dirty floors, broken furniture in the rooms. Will not recommend this dirty hotel and OYO to anyone. Had to let go money paid to oyo and change hotel. Overall good but we have to ask to provide the towels and water which is basic. They need to improve their checklist while preparing a room before giving to the customer. No major problems. Staff was well mannered too.
