Rooms shown were filthy. Selected the less filthy one out of compulsion. Cockroaches roaming in the room . Pillow covers not changed despite requesting thrice . Will never repeat this mistake again. Trip type Business Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 5

The rooms were small and a bit old. The room lacked basic amenities. Although we faced no difficulties. The service was good and the location is also not too far from the main road. The cost is very reasonable. So yes overall a good deal. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 4

This Hotel's condition is horrible.. No cleaning, and bugs moving in the bedroom. A bad smell comes everywhere, Staff behaviour is rude.. Please avoid staying this hotel..

Dear team The hospitality of hotel is not good, I've received an offer from oyo to get room at discounted price of 499. So, I told him to book it. I requested for early check in, they initially said it will be 30% max. But when I arrived at hotel they said you had paid only 499 for room; So, you have to pay 499 more for early check in charges, I agreed. I requested as we need Twin bed room, they offered double bed bed room said we can't do anything now. The room is smelly, sticky surface, mosquitos and insects are wondering, provided one soap for 2 person. I left the hotel at 9:00am and told to do the needfulness, when I arrived back at night 8:00pm staff said we have done everything now it's okay. Only going they have done is separate the bed. I don't know what's wrong with hotel staff or might be the hotel policy, if you're not happy to host discounted offer customer then why you registered your hotel with oyo rooms, to only attract customer. I generally used to take stay in your hotel (past visit in march). But now no for future
