Townhouse OAK Utsav Residency

Rooms are in their worst condition. They don't keep it clean. There was bugs in bedrooms. Washroom was smelling so badly. Even after telling them, the staffs don't listen to anything. Trip type Vacation Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Very bad experience. I already booked hotel through oyo and at 2 am i reached there and they said there is no room available. The person at reception was also not behaving properly and asked to go out and search for a hotel as my room was occupied. I was with family and at night we all suffered. Never ever try to book this hotel. Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
