I had written a mail for cancellation of one out of two rooms booked. On reaching the hotel, they were not aware of cancellation and hence told me either to pay for two rooms or cancel both and search some other hotel which eventually I had to search a nearby hotel. Horrible experience. Shameful. Travel group Couple
