Hotel Kanchan Tilak

Please stay away from this property. We stayed there recently and experience was horrible. The room provided was on under renovation floor and changed room had broken furniture . The breakfast had very limited choice. Only plus point is location which is next to 56. Trip type Vacation Travel group Friends Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 4 Rooms Very poorly maintained. Nearby activities Food lane 56 is very close by. This is only positive in this hotel Safety No proper locking from inside. Only 1 tower bolt is not sufficient. Walkability Very close to 56 eating lane Food & drinks No option for breakfast. Only paratha with potato bhaji, premade sandwich and fruits did not look like freshly cut.

The stay in family room was a good experience, the staff was very helpful and friendly Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5

Room was clean but very old and bad state... bedsheets were to clean but torn... sofa all old and grumpy... The door had no locking system from inside just one desi latch on top.... one cabinet had geyser installed barded by a wooden plank... I missed on taking the video or else would have shared it... i hear renovation is going on... so hoping next time it will be better... as the location is superb... Rooms: 1 Service: 3 Location: 5

Overall good hotel located near 56 (chappan) market on main road. Rooms are big however not maintained very well. There are some issues of paint coming out, seepage on walls, bathroom fittings are not good quality. They are under maintenance at present (end of October 2025) therefore assuming that room infrastructure should improve (paint, fittings etc). Room have decent badding, table for computer, office sitting chair to work on laptop, 2 additional chair for sitting and center table. TV is installed in room. Room have enough wardrobe for clothes. We stayed in room number 301 and AC was not the effective as it seems to be an old one. Overall we had good experience, staying in this property for 4 days. Advantages are, it's near food market 56 and also all amenities are nearly. Trip type Business Travel group Family Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4 Hotel highlights Great value
