Room was horrible AC water leakage in all room. Booked through agoda we reached late night staff denied entry I had to cancel agoda booking and booked through him obviously he wanted to charge me more. No hot water no basic toiletries were provided. Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 3

The only reason you should book a room at this hotel, is if you're visiting Chappen Dukan, which is a few steps to its right. We did. Given a choice, please do not use this property for any other conceivable reason. The staff are friendly, though completely untrained. The rooms are large, with very run down furniture, walls and everything else. The bed was wobbly, the paint peeling and all of that. Thankfully the bathroom was clean and usable, and I was able to sleep quite well surprisingly. The food (from the breakfast "buffet" is passable at best, though to be fair they do charge a pittance for it. Friends we traveled with mentioned really large rats in their room. Housekeeping laundry sorting was being done on the floor in the lift lobby. They have a reasonable restaurant who had a reasonably good live singer that evening with passable food and slightly above passable service. Terrible Experience – Ruined Our Team Dinner! We visited Kanchan Tilak Rooftop yesterday with my office colleagues, and it was a complete disaster. They totally spoiled our team dinner! The food was absolutely tasteless, and the quality did not match their promises. They claimed chicken lollipop was their specialty, but it tasted more like Manchurian or veg Kothe. The mushroom dish was bland, the naan was as hard as a papad, and even the paneer had no taste at all. The worst part? The Chicken Punjabi was completely flavorless, and the Chicken Lababdar tasted like unwashed chicken! To top it all off, the service was horrible—they took almost an hour just to serve a single starter. Everything about this place was disappointing, from the food to the service. I had a horrible experience of staying at this place. The rooms were dirty. Bedsheets, towels had a strange smell. There were no toilet tissue provided. The bucket in the bathroom was dirty. The air conditioning didn’t work and the room was so warm that it was difficult to sleep. Hot water ran out half way through. The passage outside the room had elevated box flooring which was hazardous. The hazard was not marked. Hot water kettle wire was so short that it could not reach the plug point. Not all electric points worked. Only thing good was the location, it was close to 56 dukaan. It was a horrible experience. The hotel is old and crumbling. Infrastructure and location wise very good but hospitality wise not good
