Location is very good. This is a very old hotel. The locks re broken and almost useless. AC doesn't work and hot water is non existent. Very bad property. The toilets and rooms are very dirty. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 5

Hotel is good, location is fantastic, it is located in a good locality right next to Chappan Dukaan, just 2 mins walking distance. There is a particular receptionist, male, who was rude, other than that all the staff and everything was good. It was a pleasant stay. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5 Rooms Rooms are of a decent size and clean. Nearby activities Chappan Dukaan, Vijay Nagar, Bapu Ki Kutiya Restaurant, Sayaji Hotel, Coriander Leaf Restaurant. Noteworthy details Indori Poha and Upma they served for breakfast was way too sweet. If you are a North Indian, you could skip it. Hotel highlights Great view, Great value

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed & seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Toilet is dirty & not cleaned.Flush is not working properly. Money waste age hotel. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1 Hotel highlights Great view

Pros The rooms are big and spacious Location is just perfect Clean washroom Good working ac Cons Furniture is a bit old Walls have paint running off Anybody looking for a room to just keep your stuff, explore indore, sleep peacefully at night, few minutes walk from chappan dukan can book this and ignore the poor reviews. I was skeptic before booking due to the reviews but if you're someone who is Willing to adjust a bit for a budget hotel at a good location and is not nosey about small details You can book this hotel Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights Great value

My overall stay was nice in this hotel. It has many rooms and it located near 56 Dukaan, its a plus point for many visitors. Hotel serves breakfast as per your package. Food taste and quality was also decent. Rooms: 5 Location: 5
