Ginger Indore

Room service was excellent—quick, polite, and very professional. The staff ( dharmendra and chhotu ) friendly and the service was prompt. Highly recommended! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Ramchandra Chawla and Mr Arvind......These maintenance staff at Ginger Hotel is extremely helpful, courteous, and quick to assist. Their excellent service made my stay more comfortable.

Room size was very small relative to the price they charged. The rooms felt highly congested and claustrophobic. There is a lot of excess area outside the room for hallway which they should extend for rooms. The reception people seemed like they didn’t even care when guests inquired to them. Better to go somewhere else. Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 3 Rooms Room size was very small relative to the price they charged. Don't go by the name Ginger and the lower price combination, it's a pathetic hotel with cheap quality rooms and a disappointing breakfast options. Staff is ready to politely ensure that your stay gets ruined. Not recommended for any occasion at all. Stay Away! Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms Rooms are unclean with cheap soap for bathing, no body wash or shampoo. Clearly visible used rooms. Food & drinks Cheap option for city like Indore, same stale Idly and parata options. Noteworthy details Rude and entitled staff behaviour.

Room was good and service was excellent. Food was top-notch. Even though it was cited that amneties like dental kit, iron box, slippers etc were available, the pamphlet available at room mentioned that those are chargeable. Upon contacting the reception it was informed that it will be provided upon request and are free. We requested for iron box, which has broken cord and after sometime it was taken away for some other customer. Could be more customer friendly if they could provide what they offer without such requests. Doesn't feel good to contact reception for each and everything mentioned in amneties when booking the room. The pillows of our room was also in bad shape with lumps formed. Apart from the above, the stay was good. Trip type Business Travel group Family Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights Quiet

I would like to extend a big thank you to the entire team at Ginger Hotel for making our stay so pleasant. A special mention to Prachi, who made our check-in and check-out process extremely smooth. She was kind enough to arrange an early check-in for us, which we truly appreciated. Her warm and helpful attitude made a wonderful first impression. I would also like to thank Mr. Ram for his assistance with our booking and for ensuring everything was handled efficiently. Thank you very much to the entire team. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

My stay was very pleasant. The hotel is located on the main road and easiky accessible. Staff is very friendly. Special call out to Ashok. The service and food both are really good. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Refurbished rebadged property. Lodging is average. Rooms are dimly lit. No bedside light or switchboard. Ambience, food and location are good. Room freshener smells weird. Wifi buffers. Gym is small and claustrophobic. Makeshift dumbbell rack. Ungentified crowd with kids running across the corridor. Short-staffed. Undeserving of Taj brand.
