Room size very small for couple stay. Bathroom is very small. After bathing water is not draining. Anybody can slip in bathroom. They have provided us two single bed instead of double bed. Service is very bad. For any requirement you have to call reception many times. Food is very costly. Location of Hotel is on the Highway. Nearby no shops or farmacy is available. Recently I stay 2 days on that particular hotel i experienced very well because their staff very helpful they provide better service specially Ashok kumar they doing very well like they all provide necessary things & they listen properly and understand the customer wants & needs they give their 100% percent efforts to fill their needs. Extremely tasty food. Inspite of the limited supply and scarcity of LPG, they made every dishwhich could made available and possible very very tasty. Special thanks to all the Ginger restaurant employees, specially Ashok bhaiya who ensured to get us every thing we ordered with a great smile. The hotel was very nice, clean and neat. The staff were very polite and friendly especially Prachi. Only one thing about the hotel was the rooms are too small. Nothing else is bad, all is good. Food is great. Very nice concept and execution was very worked out well. Welcome drinks and tabletop football game were the things I liked the most. "Pathetic hotel service with a rude receptionist. We booked a Queen Bed room, and the hotel happily accepted the upfront payment. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist started playing a helpless act, claiming the room was unavailable. There was no manager available to even discuss why they were declining to provide the room we had already booked. What a complete waste of time and a spoiled experience."

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was especially impressed by the good service.From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly and professionally, making us feel truly valued as a guest.
