Pathetic customer service from Ginger Hotel Staff Indore, Just asked for invoice correction for business booking that too it was their fault. on calling them for corrction in invoice they asking for emailing separately. Rooms: 4 Service: 1 Location: 4

Very poor service, booked through MMT but in reception they are saying room not availble. Asking to book from their own platform. Same time in reception other people also complaining about other guest behaviours in night time. Worst one. Not recommended... :( :( :( Trip type Business Travel group Friends Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

I stayed in twin bed room, size of room is small. Good restaurant with nice serving staff. Specially One courteous staff named Ashok helped a lot for my son during breakfast buffet and dinner. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 3 Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet

The food and service was very nice the staff is very helpful breakfast and lunch is very good I'll recommend must try mushroom chilly it's very tasty and Mr Ashok kumar served us very warmly..

Our experience was not very pleasant. The receptionist, Sakshi, was not friendly or welcoming and came across as quite rude during our interaction. Additionally, the rooms were very small and did not meet our expectations. The breakfast was average and could certainly be improved. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
