The hotel staff was very much well behaved and organised well. The only thing which we can't digest is if I have booked a room of 3 persons with 2 paks why I was charged additional for the third person? Rest all was good according to the pricing! I have spent 2 days in this hotel. Hospitality and food taste was awesome. Hotel staff was good enough and most important thing is their location. Best location. Hi, i was looking for zero star, but cant able to find it here, i will suggest dont book this hotel, if you are with your family, saying from my past experience, 1. First of all staff was rude and useless, they dont know how to talk to people, 2. i have booked 3 rooms for 9 guest, and have paid the minimum payment as mentioned by Oyo executive, since i have booked the hotel through calling them directly. and received the confirmation mail for booking and payment over mail and message. and have informed them that will be check in late at night, so they agreed with that, but when i reached there with my family around 9 in the night, they said that they are sold out. Even i have the confirmation mail, but they were not ready to see that, just ignored me completely and mentioned me to direct call the customer service, they are not responsible for anything. I mean how they can overbook the room, since i have already talked to them and did the advance booking, that too in the night, atleast have courtesy to inform yoru customer in prior or dont accept any booking if your full. pathethic people and terrible behavior Trip type Vacation Travel group Family

Stayed here for three nights. It's budget friendly Hotel. Food in the restaurant too was good and they provided food as we requested. They do have friendly staff and helped us what ever we asked for. Downside: But when coming to the rooms they were not so not good we had seen damp in the walls and one room we had to change due to foul smell and they don't give water free. (this was the reason to rate it four)

We booked three rooms at this hotel for two days. The hotel's location is good, but we had to wait for a longer duration in the lobby for check-in. However, we encountered a lot of issues in this hotel: Dirty rooms, dirty beds, and bedsheets Lack of ventilation Poor room structure The toilet room is broken No air freshener for the toilet Smelly rooms No toiletries No complimentary water It's not worth the amount we paid. Had a very bad experience. I booked a room in this property and I got the confirmation. Also, a day before I checked with rep with the booking confirmation. But when my family reached there they said they don't have room available as all rooms are booked for a marriage function. My family waited outside and looking for some other place. Honestly, I am very disappointed with the hotel service. If the person have the booking confirmation mail still they denied to provide any room. I booked a room here through OYO, So Price was very reasonable and under budget. My experience here was nice. I liked the place and servicing. Hotel location is easily accesible and in the market. I could go for a road side walk in the night which I like. Cleanliness was very good, everything was neatly arranged. During my stay, there were families with children staying there and It gave you a comfirtable and safe enviornment if you're staying alone (hehe Gilrs can understand). Staff was good. I liked the food, it was very tasty. I wanted to give it full rating 5/5 but there were no balcony in my room (LOL). Overall a good experience. I would recommend it to my friend.
