Pathetic room service. Careless manager. Everything has to be told twice! Like room cleaning, towels, soap, drinking water, AC.. Even cheap 400rs per night Lodges provides better service. Room service needs to be improved. Guest hospitality and kindness needs to be improved. The staff was rude, as if they are obliging us by providing a room. Nothing was serve in the room. Pathetic hotel, dirty rooms, super slow service. Food was tasteless. Needs lots of improvement in every department. Ceiling plaster fell off in bathroom just got saved by chance. Good hotel and clean rooms. Only drawback was that no hot water at all and the water tank got over Midway through the bath. Other than that the food was very good and OYO has discounts on this hotel so look out for those discounted rates. Staff was really helpful and good but slow service due to the lack of staff was a small issue.

I booked this for 3 people for 2 days. Rooms were clean and so was the bathroom. AC was working good. I wish they would clean rooms every day. The commom area was clean and good. They have a restaurant outside - Shivalay serving quality and fresh food. You can order it in your room too. There are couple of Banquet halls available for wedding, or any kind of celebration with seperate entrance. Hotel is open in night as many tourist go to Sarafa Bazaar and return late around 3. The security guard was very helpful as he arranged autorickshaw when we ventured out. I extended my stay for half day as my kid was not well. The accomodated us in the same room with extra charges. Worst experience ever. Even though we paid for early check - in, they gave us rooms after an hour. Don't ever book this hotel through oyo.
