The place is good but if you have done the booking through OYO app then you have made a mistake. The hotel staff provides the room at a higher rate to the folks who are booking from the reception (offline). Even if you will do a booking through oyo and you will go to the hotel to check-in , they will not consider this booking id and will tell you to have a word with oyo customer care service and the rest is history. 3 stars onexcellent service provided by housekeeping and security staff. Reception staff is not welcoming. Breakfast area didn't had chairs ready for sitting, poha is everyday and no fruits. It's a good hotel with proper service & facility, comfort. The staff was well behaved and courteous. Also got this deal in budget. Would recommend to all! Great location. Chappan Dukaan & Sarafa Bazaar is just a couple of km away. The room service is good if you order food else it is terrible. WiFi is choppy. Avoid this hotel if you are staying for work. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4

Hotel is good , staff is very nice everything is perfect but here runs a buffet in which you have to pay 200 ruppes per person,but it isn't worth it should go for normal dine in options. Do not book this hotel at any cost. Hotel is full of unethical practices. The hotel staff shares information of your booking with fraudster to dupe your money, fraudster will call you as a hotel staff and he will tell you all your information like booking id, amount you paid, etc and then he will ask you to send your remaining amount on his personal account else booking will get cancel. after sometime you will receive call from hotel staff at the very last moment that you are not allowed to check-in as their are no rooms available. They will not cancel your booking as well you are on your own to call OYO customer care and modify or cancel your booking. Do not consider positive reviews, these reviews can be paid one. Big time thieves.. had booked the hotel for a wedding function.. we booked 31 rooms and got only 28 rooms when the entire payment was made in advance.. we argued with the management till 1:30 am in vain.. ultimately they agreed to refund the amount next day for the rooms not available and when we checked out they disagreed and bullied us. I have no idea how oyo has such bad collaborations.. the staff is very helpful however the management is rude to staff itself. I know this comment wont make a difference but I hope oyo reads this and realise the kind of collaborations they have and better their services

My experience is very very bad. I dont even want to give one star to it You may find it ok if u dont face any problem, but when u face any problem, you are on ur own… no ones going to help… Below are the issue i faced in my stay of 3 days- RATS are in the room, spoiled my sleep in the night. Rude staff behaviour Managers of this hotel dont have common sense and humanity Old ac’s makes continuous sound.. no temperature control Always HOT water from the taps in the morning, no working mixer, no cold water, manager have to switch off the hot water from their end to resolve it. Low level of service Telephones doesnt works in some rooms Bad smell when u enter in the room I want to also add one of the issue I faced that I mistakenly booked the room for one but we were two person who were going to stay and so I requested Manager that please update the booking because the room can have for default two people and also we were not unknowns, we were staying since two days but because I made this booking from Oyo they refused to help me. Its general common sense to allow one more person in a double bedroom but managers of this hotel doesn’t understand this small thing. Then I called Oyo and the illiterate Oyo representative’s have just one answer that please do another booking and cancel this booking and we will refund you this booking amount which never happens as I have tried this before. I have a request with Oyo that please improve your service we should be help in seconds But unfortunately we can just call call but there is no help. So finally they anyway charged me 400 bucks extra, where as the extra person charge comes around 200 bucks when we consider the cost of stay for one person and 2 person… total fraud… Hopeless oyo and hopeless hotel I would never ever stay in this hotel again Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
