Haven't even reached the room and already regret booking this. Their customer care support is so bad that I have absolutely no idea how to connect with the reception. Since 2 hours I m only trying to connect for early check in request. Their Ivr system is faulty. They’ll ask you for booking id 10 times and be of no use. PLEASE DON’T BOOK HERE ! Overall Ok Ok for the price...staff is good..! Restaurant is Ok. We stayed for a week to attend a marriage function near-by. So hotel was to sleep only. So hot water is not consistent, but they do make it available if called...but again...time is concern..Room water kettle didn't work. No surprise if u find a few cockroaches. Room service boys did fabulous job..may cos i tipped them good. And yeah...don't trust oyo or ibibo booking they always flip it for a better offer at reception. So only direct booking. Else no guarantee!!! 100% they will flip at the last moment. Rooms: 2 Service: 3 Location: 4

We booked Hotel Online and when we reached hotel they are saying there is no booking. I have shown them booking confirmation and payment confirmation mails but the hotel manager is telling us that hotel is already sold out and call to customer care for other hotel booking. This is the worst experience of Oyo hotel chain. Not Recommend.

Hotel Ambience is truly nice, Rooms are almost good, the way they maintain was very bad, AC making noice and water coming out through the vents. The most important thing, The manager for that Hotel is worst man i have ever seen, He doesnt know how to respect customer and he doesn't know hospitality, if the company continues his employment, for sure the hotel will gonna close soon. Worst staff behaviour I have ever experienced. Location is Good rooms are Ok at the given price range but only rude reception staff made me to change my hotel. As we are paying for comfortable stay while on business tour, if not luxury we expect bare min. On booking through apps all room are having their check in time as 12 noon or 3 pm. Here at Divya Palace 12 Noon, arrived at 645 hrs they charged me extra early check in charge. I changed hotel and reached Redisson Blu who has 3 pm check time gave me room at 930 am without any early check in charge. I rate it lowest and also lodge my complaint to MMT and OYO for the same. Stay Away!!!

Decent rooms. Tasty food. But sleeping in the night was an issue. There is a marriage hall very close to the hotel. Unfortunately for us there was a wedding and they played loud music till late night.. Even after midnight. There is also a lot of traffic noise that makes it into the room which makes it even more difficult to get a peaceful sleep. I would have given 4 stars if I could sleep properly. There is also an open ground near-by where some loud debate (on mic) was going on which lasted even longer than the music. I may have been just unfortunate, or this is a regular happening.

Overall ambience is good.entrance is quite misguiding as it is on 1 St for not on front side of road. Food is good .for breakfast options are available . Service also good. May improve in some cases like if it consider in premium catagory can provide tra bags n milk powder . Disappoint for bedsheets which are not clean . we found blood stain. Extremely impressed by this hotel. Clean and big rooms, attached balcony, good location and very polite staff. Couldn’t have imagined to get such an experience at such low price. Definitely recommend this for a budget hotel.

I must say, the hotel is so damn good and at a wonderful location. This is my first time visiting indore with my family, i was first hesitating to book this hotel, but now the money well spent. The staff behaviour was very good and housekeeping staff was cooperative and response on ur issues was quick. They have their own restraurant Shivalaya, we had dinner, which felt homemade food and very delicious. Restaurant was very clean and hygienic as well. We ordered breakfast at our rooms ( paranthe + curd + cheese sandwich + Tea ) which was damn exquisite. I recommend this hotel to everyone who come to visit Indore.
