Booked this hotel with advance payment from makemyTrip but they denying our booking and misbehaving and disconnecting the calls also..such a fraud hotel, after taking advance payment they're doing like this. It's good budget hotel. Overall experience is good. I have booked hotel online. My booking was confirmed but at the time of arrival hotel manager asked me for exta payment for booking confirmation. Service staff mr. nitin & mr. solanki very rude & unprofessional to guests even to the ladies & kids. Service boys Vijay, tiwari, nandu, Vishal etc are better than nitin & solanki but boys also focused to get more tips more service may be due to less salary. No practice to have tax invoice. They even hesitate to replace tv / ac remote batteries despite of several reminders. No response to room cleaning on daily basis. The Hotel is amazing. Stayed here back in 2018. The staff are very friendly, breakfast is good and room service is great and affordable. Moreover, room and bathroom were very clean and the TV is good as well. The location is also good and you can find transport easily. Best for family and couples at cheaper rates. Hotel staff is very friendly and supporting. If you ever came in indore do stay in this hotel it also includes good breakfast with inhouse restaurant in it. Thank you for serving us so good we will come back soon.

The guy sitting at the reception was very rude. Room was very much of bad odour. They don’t seem to like calling it as a OYO hotel, even though they have listed it there. Please don’t just look at my reviews.. Look for others who mentioned about the unwelcoming and rude behaviour of the receptionist. A few points : 1. Do not pay in advance. Because they only give you rooms if they have room available and also if someone else is not paying more amount than you. They will keep your oyo app booking as last. 2. Keep another hotel booking near as a back up 3. This is not a typical townhouse oyo. I have been to many oyo townhouse, this one is definitely not the same. Travel group Family

A very good and a excellent hotel to stay. Located in a prime location. Accessibility to the near by sarafa and chappan bazaar is very easy. You get rikshaws, cabs very easily. We had stayed here in October 2020, for 4 days. Our stay was awesome. it is good, clean, good breakfast, staff is helpful. Pathetic staff with bad attitude, behave as if they are doing u a favor, specially a middle aged guy with moustache at reception and two very young room service guys. They bang into d room without waiting fr u to open d door. Rooms r good and spacious, toilets r very small. Overall I would not stay again or recommend to anybody.
