This is the most greediest hotel ever. I booked 7 rooms from Oyo for 2 days and paid part amount online. The hotel canceled our booking without information and without arranging refund. We were a group of 21 people and ultimately went struggling to find hotel for family. This hotel also passes information to fraudsters. People struggle to find rooms and fraudsters contact visitors in the name of Divya Palace and dupe them. I am cheated for Rs.13k. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family

Booked through Oyo app but they denied booking we made advance payment to Oyo hotel denied check in have to pay at hotel 1200. These are scamsters charging double ang very pathetic services. Worst experience ever the place is run by frauds. We were denied check in even after prior booking and advance payment. I showed them booking confirmation and receipt but they let my family to be stranded at as late as 10 at night. We had no place to go and the hotel manager was unapologetic. Had to ask everytime for the toiteries, even drinking water.On top of it, I was informed that I have to ask for everything. We were 5 people and the toiletories supplied were only for one person per room. Cleaning was not done. Used cups and glasses were not removed daily. Very good hotel . Neat and clean . Positive response from hotel staffs That was my 1st response. After again we stayed in this hotel.really a bad experience . suddenly police came a checked our ID card .how dare they are really turst me guys not safe for even boys also . Waiter are very informal and don't know manner,after one knocking they entering in the room . sometimes without knocking they enter .
