Very nice rooms and facilities, but no running hot water after 10 am and breakfast is very basic, they don't serve anything on the table. Staff good, but the basic professionalism is not there.

Worst experience I really don't know who was at the helpdesk but honestly was trying to loot us. Booked via oyo and he denied check in though oyo customer support was helpful this time. Good hotel. Bad services. Good infrastructure but bad service. Nominal price for food but it lacks taste. Not a caring staff. Won't recommend. Try on your own risk.

I booked the hotel using Agoda, which uses OYO for their booking. I reached out to hotel for check-in, and the hotel denied the entry saying "Rooms are not available" even though I had confirmed booking, and now hotel in not responding to "Agoda", hence I am not getting my refund. No linen, used pillows, 1 towel only. The bathroom tap broken. Lift not working. We had to climb to 3rd floor with luggage. They charges 40 Rs for a coffee cup. No cleanliness in the passage

This is the worst hotel of the world. Taken my money by agoda but hotel refuse for check in. I face too much difficulty by hotel. Agoda.Com is the worst online platform for hotel booking in the world. I will file a complain in international hotel forum and I am sure in future agoda will be banned for hotel booking in india. Agoda is online fraud website operated by china based company in India. Agoda is the financial online fraud criminals they are taking the money from innocent indian people on the name of online booking platform. Even that agoda don't have any directly office and platform in India. I will try to banned this online booking platform will not work in india. I ll file a complain to enforcement Directrate govt. Rooms was ok. But the owner behaviour is too rude unprofessional and greedy. We have booked it online with breakfast. When we asked for breakfast they told they don't provide it. Also they cancelled 1 room online booking for which we have already paid in advance through Agoda Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Nice and clean hotel. Good food. Very courteous staff. Enjoyed our 2 nights stay. Located in the city. Just one problem (for me personally) was that it was only veg ;-) . But that should not be a reason for not staying in the hotel.
