Best location to stay when in indore as sarafa bazar, 56 dukan and other food outlets are very nearer. TV has really unwanted channels available (the only cons). This stupid hotel is my life. I have not seen even the worst service here till the complete staff just spoke and the service is very poor and if you forget everything then you will not even find your father. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

It was really very nice staying experiance over there. All staff are very much cooperative and helpful. Hotel food quality also very much delicious & testy.

Situated just at the right place to be connected well to all parts of Indore. Chhappan, MG road, Railway station, Sarvate bus stand from where you get busses for Ujjain are all nearby to this. The room was of a descent size with balcony as well. Washroom was clean, taps and showers all working right. Checkout mentioned at reception is 9 am but they allow upto 10:30. The place has inhouse restaurant and also a party hall for small functions. Stairs and lift both are there. Breakfast, salon, temple, wine shop, banks are all just walking distances. Rooms Clean and good. Nearby activities Shopping and food is nearby. Safety very safe Noteworthy details Dont loose your key as that will be like ₹3500 chargeable on you. They denied us entry even when we had prepaid online.. We had planned the trip after booking the rooms but when we reached the hotel we were denied entry at night.. When asked they said OYO took the money and we didnot.. Which makes no sense to us as we were given very bad service.. Someone at hotel staff told me that this happens everyday at the hotel..
