Call पर अपना product और quantity बताकर पूछें कि shop वह काम करती है या नहीं। Sample देखने, artwork भेजने और pickup या delivery के arrangements सीधे confirm करें।
Size और quantity एक ही format में भेजें
सभी shops को एक जैसा brief भेजें। Visiting card के लिए final size, single या double side, quantity और paper preference लिखें। Brochure में pages, folding या binding की जरूरत अलग से बताएं। Quantity बदलने पर revised quote मांगें।
