Store पर जाने से पहले पूछ लें कि आपकी जरूरत का product और demo उपलब्ध है या नहीं। हर electronics store में हर category, brand या model मिलना तय नहीं है। Display unit और sale stock की availability अलग हो सकती है।

यदि किसी item को display, open-box या refurbished बताया जाए तो उसकी condition और applicable support अलग से समझें। केवल कम price के कारण सभी terms नए sealed item जैसी मानकर न चलें।

Space और access पहले नाप लें

बड़े appliance या display के लिए available जगह, entry और installation की जरूरत बताएं। Product की dimensions और placement requirements official information या qualified installer से confirm करें। आपके घर में fit होने की पुष्टि केवल दुकान के display से नहीं हो जाती।

Delivery के लिए सही address, contact और suitable time दें। अगर access में stairs या दूसरी practical conditions हों तो store से पहले discuss करें।

Invoice और after-sales का रास्ता समझें

Invoice में product और model details सही हों। Serial number और supplied accessories की checking का तरीका delivery team से पूछें। Support की जरूरत पड़ने पर किस channel से complaint करनी है, यह जानकारी संभालें।

Purchase के बाद manuals, invoice और relevant warranty information एक जगह रखें। किसी offer या support commitment की बात हुई है तो उसके लिखित terms पढ़ें। Product चुनते समय अपने actual use और confirmed specifications को प्राथमिकता दें।
